Overall the experience was great. My only issue is I got so many repeat emails telling me the same thing it got very confusing. Between the carrier and Pawrade I must have gotten no less than 45 emails. That would be my only comment is to streamline that process it gets overwhelming for a buyer. Buying Shelly, now known as Kalani, from pawrade was a great experience and I got a great dog! Pawrade was honest, reliable, and helpful throughout the entire process of adopting Kalani. The instructions were clear and they guided me throughout with respect toward me. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found pawrade and Kalani. The drivers who delivered Kalani to my doorstep took care of her (and the other pups) very well and humanely during the entire journey. I couldn't be more pleased. If you're looking for a puppy, I highly recommend pawrade.

Contacted me a lot and were very friendly when was looking to purchase. It was harder to reach when there's an issue or question once the puppy was sold to me. I don't know if this was a glitch or typical, but it was confusing. Meanwhile, getting the receipt of the puppy once shipped was a nightmare. It was a very negative start to an experience that was supposed to be joyful. Hopefully things will go better moving forward.

This was a long, involved process but everyone was very helpful and always answered all our questions. We now have a great puppy. Our only comment was that many things like the puppy being exposed to car travel, cats, etc was not all true. Regardless, we are 100% happy with the puppy and the detailed nature of the process. The process was seamless and there was a lot of information given but it was easy to get clarification from the concierge dept. contact with the transport company was good as well and my puppy was even delivered a little earlier than expected.

i am extremely grateful and happy with my new fur baby Chase we kept his name. He was more adorable in person. Did not think that could even be possible. He is such a happy loving playful puppy who just wants me to carry him everywhere. He wants to be with us every minute. He also came pee pad trained which i loved. My son said Chase hit the lottery today. i say i did . Thank you for making this easy and the Pet transport was amazing as well. I highly recommend pawrade and there great team.
