The breeder is a loving kind lady so my 2 stars go only for the breeder. Now the company, beware!!! Airway bill instructions were to pick up the puppy in kiosk between D24 and D25 in baggage claim. One after after flight the puppy was still not showing up. I ended up having to drives miles away from the sieport to pick up the puppy in Cargo because they forgot the puppy. I contacted American Airlines Cargo and they confirmed they would work with me on reimbursement, however had to be done through PetPay as I paid them and they paid American Airlines. PetPay replied Manager at PetPaid will not proceed with reimbursement. Do not recommend!! Beware. You were warned

Everything went great. The 2 gentlemen who delivered our Nellie to us were extremely nice. We were so very pleased with them. Nellie is a delightful puppy and we feel so blessed to have her. What a little “snuggle bug”. She is exactly what we need. She slept through the first night and continues to do so ….right between us. 🤗 We are so happy.

My wife and I are extremely happy with our Pawrade experience! We had been looking for a Shiba Inu breeder for more than a year and are so glad we came across the website. We found a beautiful little Shiba Inu puppy that was available! After putting in a request we heard back within a few minutes. About a week later our puppy arrived! She is so well mannered and easy to train. I can tell the breeder went through a lot of effort to begin her training. I'm very happy that Pawrade is here to ensure quality breeders are able to find quality puppy parents! With so many puppy mills; and especially the explosion in popularity of some breeds, it's becoming more difficult to find puppies that are purebred, healthy, and raised in a loving environment. We couldn't be happier! Thanks Pawrade!

First and foremost, my puppy is perfect! Pawrade did a great job responding to my questions and concerns. My complaint is the delivery of my puppy. I fully understood that the flight nanny flies "standby". I was fully prepared for delays. Unfortunately, the travel nanny assigned to my delivery was not under the same impression. She became rude and used guilt trips and my puppy's "safety" as leverage to try to get me to leave at 9pm and drive 8 hours in the middle of winter to meet in a different state because the flight she was supposed to take filled up. She then stated that she "had" to be home the next day. This had nothing to do with my puppy's safety. I explained that I would not drive to meet her, and she responded by saying "very unfortunate for me & the pup". I worried about my puppy's wellbeing all night. Horrible.

I got Goldie on Thursday and she has been at the vets Thursday Friday the emergency clinic Sunday vet Monday and Tuesday. So I am not happy that u sent me a sick puppy. She has an intestinal parasite and will not eat and when she does eat she throws up

My experience was great. I found the puppy i was interested in and inquired. My puppy concierge walked me through the process. I was able to get pictures and had a zoom call with breeder to view my puppy. She was delivered to me in perfect condition. She had her well check up today and all is good. I would recommend if you are looking for a specific breed then this was a good way to find your puppy.

It is wonderful to Hannah Grace (formerly Evelyn) here with us in Georgia. She is so precious. The process of getting her was a little stressful with what had to be done and timing of getting everything done. There were many people involved and sometimes it got a little confusing with who needed what or which person needed responses and if they were not available then just had to give information to new person answering the phone. Even though I was going back and forth with several people, they were all very nice and helpful. Then not being a computer smarty made things a little difficult, but I think I have managed to get it all done. Now it is just time to love the new member of the family.

Love my Missy and the ease of ordering However, I received Missy with double ear infections. In addition, I question crate training as she screacbes when put In the crate. Also, I question if she was paper trained as she will not use the paper.
