We are thrilled with our pups. We got two so they had each other to play with. Boy to they play. They love running out in the yard as well as in the house. They are absolutely adorable, little teddy bears. We couldn’t be happier with them. Kona and Koa are a kick watching them wrestle each other.

We absolutely are in love with our puppy we renamed, Norman! He is such a well fit for our family. He gets all the love and attention a pup could ask for. Pawrade was so easy to work with and whenever I messaged with a question the response time was fast.
We are happy to have Zelda. She brings us joy. We were happy that we were able to have door to door service. Customer service people were very good and patient trying to get everything together.

Took Mary to the Vet this morning, she did not arrive to my home until 3:50 A.M. this morning and she has an ear infection. Was also told that she was Pee Pad trained which she is not.

Poor experience, would not use Pawrade again. 1. You have 0 contact with the breeder and it's impossible to verify whether your puppy is coming from a puppy mill or not. My dog came from Missouri which is the puppy mill capital of the nation. All you have to rely on is their word and whatever they say on their website. 2. My dog was driven to me from Missouri. The entire process is totally sketch. They refuse to tell you the name of the shipping company they use and claim it's because they use different companies depending on the route. The delivery drivers did absolutely nothing aside from drop my dog off. There were no photos, no notification of when stops were made, and my dog smelled like cigarettes when he arrived. On top of that, the delivery drivers had the nerve to ask me via text for a tip. Yeah, right!! 3. The entire experience was very impersonal. No one called me to check in on my dog to see how he's doing. This company simply wants to make the sale and move on.

Fabulous customer service and everyone I talked to was so kind and helpful. Our new baby girl is beyond perfect and the Breeders’s attention to detail is superior. The transport team was awesome and even in awful weather they arrived when they said they would and you could tell they take excellent care of “their passengers “. We highly recommend Pawrade and are just thrilled with our precious new baby girl!!! Thanks to all of you!!!

I could never tell you in 1 minute. At least two hours would be necessary to fully describe our emotions we are so full of joy and happiness since he has been here. No words could describe our joy and emotional state. He is fantastic, full of joy, and total fun to be with. Thank you all so much for delivering such happiness onto our lives.

I GAVE PAWRADE 4 STARS. MY PROCESS WENT SMOOTH EXCEPT I WAS TOLD THAT MY PUPPY WOULD COME WITH 3DAYS OF FOOD AND A FEW OTHER THINGS. WHEN SHE ARRIVED IT WAS JUST HER WRAPPED IN THE DRIVERS COAT AND I RECEIVED A FEW PAPERS AND THAT WAS IT. I HAD TO RUSH OUT IN THE RAIN WITH HER THE NEXT MORNING AND GET PUPPY FOOD. I JUST FELT THAT FOR THE PRICE OF THE PUPPY PLUS AIRFARE TURNED DRIVING OVER 1700 MILES THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE PUPPY PACKAGE OR SIMILAR.

Pawrade was wonderful to work with. They kept me updated every step of the way with the information I needed. Never left me hanging wondering if I had made a mistake. initial process was great! Kinda went down from there. Was told we would have communication with Breeder, but that never happened. Paid to fly puppy out but found out last minute that puppy was too large. Puppy was delivered to our house by vehicle at 11:45pm. Puppy and I have received 0 sleep. I would buy from you again but would hope that pawrade would work on deliveries and to follow up on what they originally said would happen.
