The transfer went very smoothly. We drove 5-1/2 hours each way and it only took the breeder 20 minutes or so to meet up with us. Melania is beautiful , well-behaved, POTTY TRAINED, and has a really cute, fun personality. She goes to the vet today for her wellness check. She appears healthy and happy. Pawrade has kept constant communication and the helpful hints have been helpful. Will recommend.

All communication with Pawrade have been excellent. Pup (Kenny) arrived in good spirits. Only complaint is the Puppy Wagon driver (Levi) did not put the 6 month old Boston down outside after taking him out of his crate after a long drive. He said Kenny was not crate trained and was used to doing his business in the crate. No good! The breeder assured us Kenny has been “crate trained.” While signing my paper work, I put Kenny in a crate with a comfy bed. He was in there only about 10 minutes and in that time he peed … enough liquid to overflow the bed! Obviously he needed to have been given a chance to pee before being brought into his new home!! He has not soiled in his crate in the 24 hours since then. But, of course, I take him outside every 3 or 4 hours. He is adjusting well.

I was a little nervous at first but everything turned out perfectly. Lois from customer service was so helpful and kind. The communication between the breeder and pet concierge traveling with my puppy and me was excellent. I love my new chihuahua puppy so much and she is a great addition to our family. Would absolutely use pawparade again.

Very smooth process with steps outline of requirements (documents, list of items needed to get prior to arrival, vet check up info prior to leaving destination, updates on status of arrival etc etc. I am so happy for the Company making sure the dogs are healthy and the owners ready to care for them.❤️

Missy is a real clown. She gets into everything, and if you ignore her she comes right in front of you and begs so cute. She is terrorizing our older Yorkie, she doesn't know what to make of this ball of fur that flies around the house, so she goes upstairs and gives Missy the downstairs. With time missy will calm down and they will become friends.

Our puppy is great. The breeder was wonderful and very helpful. Our communication with Pam at Pawrade was wonderful. There was a mistake with the birthdate of our puppy. The ad said 12/12/25 but she was really born on 10/12/25. This was not discovered until we were setting the date for pickup. This made our puppy a month older than we would have liked when getting her. Not sure how that happened. The communicating with travel dept was not as easy as it could have been. I requested a phone call but they would only communicate by message. Much easier to just call. That was frustrating to me. Overall we were very pleased with our new furry friend. She passed with flying colors at our vet and is becoming an important part of our family. Would definitely recommend Pawrade. 😊

Overall, we got what we paid for however the communication during transportation was awful and it didn’t seem like pawrade knew what was going on… it took 5 different people before we finally got an answer

I was impressed! I was actually hesitant to use a website to get a puppy I had never met from a company I knew nothing about, but the whole experience was surprisingly pleasant. From the start, it seemed they made the health and comfort of the puppy a priority, which is important to me. They responded quickly to my messages and answered all my questions. I never had to wonder what happens next. They recommended great products--I purchased a few and haven't regretted any of them. The day after she arrived, the vet said the puppy was healthy, well socialized, and friendly, not to mention cute! The only thing that I think needed improving was the website where we message back and forth would sometimes hang after I sent a message and have a circle that just kept spinning. I could see that my message was there only if I closed and reopened the website.

I'm totally in love with Furgie (aka Theodora). The entire experience was great, especially traveling to Memphis to get her and flying her back home. So glad I was able to meet the breeders, and talk with them. They are wonderful, caring, and raising beautiful puppies for all the right reasons. I've never had a puppy, all my dogs were rescues and over a year old when we adopted. There is something magical about the puppy-stage, and so glad I decided to make this committment, it's the best ever!!

We are thrilled with the newest addition to our family—our happy new puppy. However, I feel compelled to share my honest experience with the Pawrade service. The travel concierge responsible for arranging the puppy's transportation could have been more responsive. Urgent messages dictated by the travel timeline were not adequately addressed. The Airpanion service lacked transparency regarding delays in securing a nanny, which can take at least one to two weeks. Furthermore, since nannies fly standby, the puppy's arrival may be delayed further depending on their availability. This critical information should have been clearly communicated before buyers committed to using Airpanion or decided to travel independently to pick up their newly purchased puppy. Reaching the travel concierge by phone was nearly impossible, with responses on the message board taking 2–3 days. Additionally, the tone of communication lacked warmth and compassion, failing to make me feel valued as a customer

Everyone at Pawrade is great. They are very polite and professional. They guided me every step of the way in purchasing my new puppy. There communication and timeline was excellent. I felt very assured that I was dealing with a top-notch, reputable company. They really check you out and care about who they let purchase puppies from their breeders. I think the business is run very well and I would definitely buy from them again in the future.
