I had a great experience with Pawrade. Finding and purchasing my puppy was very easy. I chose to not traumatize a puppy with shipping, so I drove to get her. She had no issues on the trip and I was able to personally monitor her. Everything was super easy and the staff checked in periodically to see if I had any questions and they helped when I did. I definitely recommend Pawrade and would use again.

Daniel arrived in conditions that did not match the description of the pet transit service I signed up for. He was cold, scared, and kept in a storage facility that was simply not suitable for pets. I was told that he would fly directly, and he was put on a connecting flight which is further stressful on the animal. I took him to the vet and he was positive for every pathogen the vet tested him for and now have to start deworming medication. This is cruel and simply an unacceptable way to handle animals and the communication did not match the service in any way, shape, or form.

We love our new puppy Bella. We changed her named from Dream. And Luis Moreno our puppy nanny was so sweet and caring with her. And he said she traveled well. She already had her veterinarian appointment this past Monday the 10th and she did so good. Everyone at the clinic loved her and wanted to hold her.

Sales experience was fine. The travel Coordinator was awful. Lacked follow through and was unresponsive. Made this experience very stressful since I was traveling across the country. I'd never recommend your company and that is too bad because my cousin and friend are ready to purchase puppies.

So thankful we found not one but 2 precious puppies to Welcome into our family. Extremely disheartened by the entire experience at Pawrade. We felt day one, communication was excellent. The agent spent so much time with us. We decided to move forward and place a deposit on the precious pups. Once we placed the deposit, all communication moving forward was HORRIBLE. My husband and myself were told we would receive a phone call within 72 hours from their words "flight concierge" to provide details how the pups will be traveling from South Carolina to CA. This never happened. We kept calling and calling only to receive voicemail. They would text back with short messages and basically state that they never told us that. We would ask numerous times for photos and it took days for a response. The worst part of it all was we were told we couldn't communicate with the breeder. The website info was also wrong regarding pups Date of birth and names. Terrible. We could never recommend you.

I am very happy with my new puppy. She’s so beautiful and the Breeder did such a wonderful job with her and everybody at Pawrade especially Meaghan The assistant travel coordinator really helped with all the travel plans. Everybody on the team was very supportive each doing well in their separate roles. Well, it might seem like a lot. I feel like I got a much better high-quality dog from an excellent breeder, even if it was out of state, it turns out that I have the most beautiful puppy ever, thank you to everybody on The team that I worked with Emily Wood In customer service who helped me apply a coupon, Ashley, who called me with some final travel information, Meaghan, Who helped coordinate the travel and Kathy the breeder who is just like amazing totally amazing. It is a lot of coordination but in the end it’s worth it and seems like a great organization nationwide wishing the company a lot of luck.
