I did not like enjoy my experience. It would have been preferable to have a single person of contact such as the breeder themself. I believe pricing would be cheaper dealing directly with a breeder. Additionally, our puppy arrived with a horrible cough so we took her to the emergency vet Sunday the day after arrival. Chest X-rays indicated fluid in the lungs.

I think there are a few things sadder than the loss of a pet. I had my girl Hope 14 years. After losing her, I vowed no more dogs for me. But as a longtime dog lover, I began to browse websites for dog pics just to make me feel better. I stumbled upon the Pawrade site and began to look at it every day for a smile. Then one day, I came across She’s a beautiful mix, German Shepherd and Labrador retriever. The funny thing is when I looked at her parents information her dad and I share a birthday, it was in the cards. But I was nervous about using the service never having gone through anything like this. But I cannot tell you how wonderful an experience it was without saying I am so glad and very blessed that I found this site. Everyone at Pawrade was wonderful to me. As my nerves began to ratchet up they walked me through explaining all. My new furry friend is here with me and I am forever thankful to the Pawrade team for all of the help and guidance!! Thank you Pawrade!!

Our first puppy transaction with Pawrade two years ago was perfect. This latest transaction was far from satisfactory. Puppy was cleared, we picked up on Friday. 4 hours later, after drive back to Chicago, she was almost fully unresponsive, lethargic, and had lost 2lbs compared to her weight provided five days earlier. How did no one notice she was so sick? Rushed her to vet, moving wellness appointment up a day, discovered she had list of issues including Parvo, very low blood pressure/glucose levels, abnormal white gums, markedly under-conditioned musculoskeletal system, and blood in stool. 48 hours later, after two nights in ICU, she began vocally exhibiting pain, leading to an ultrasound and the confirmation of severe GI/intestinal blockage and intussusception. She passed away that day. Now, dealing with claims process and unresponsiveness from Pawrade/Petpay during critical times, this transaction has been a nightmare. We will not be using your service again.

I do not like the fact that the full payment needs to be done ahead of time rather than right before the pick up . It creates distrust . Also , I got puppy with uti , giardia, and caccidia infection even tho the dog supposed to be health and had deworming.
