“I was given some misinformation re Nautilus. Was told he had a docked tail and that was a quality that I was looking for. Also was told his adult weight would be 16 - 18 pounds, my vet told me yesterday that more likely he’d be 12 pounds at maturity. He is a delightful little guy and a great addition to our family, however I would like you to be aware of how he was misrepresented by your staff, and had I gotten the actual facts would not have been willing to pay the high price for him that I did. On a more positive note, the young man, Andrew who delivered him to us was incredible, kind, caring and engaging even at midnight when they arrived, he also kept us updated on the ETA. I hope Puppy Wagon is aware what a valuable employee he is.”

“Naturally apprehensive about buying a puppy online, I reviewed on BBB and did some other research. They seemed legit and were quick to respond to my questions. Because they seemed so thorough throughout the whole process, I decided to go further and adopt our little mini-weenie! I'm so glad I did, she is as sweet as can be.
