Our older dog and cat love her I think the only thing that I felt hard was corresponding with the transportation as directions were very vague unntil the last day and the owner would make no concessions to meet us in Springfield after we had driven 450 miles. Would love to have seen litter mates but to no avail. We would use your service again”
