Thank you to the Team at Pawrade and the Breeders who delivered little Archie (now Yogi) to us. The process was seamless and very reassuring from the beginning. Constant availability for communication was reassuring. Our beautiful boy showed up by ground transport on 1/23/25 the day after a huge snowstorm in a place where it never snows FLORIDA! He arrived on time showing all the signs of being cared for and we just can't thank everyone enough. Thank you so much to every one involved who made it all possible.

Racer...now Scout is the sweetest, most snuggly french bulldog. He i s a beautiful baby boy. Pawrade and their staff did a great job with communication. Answering any questions I had. They also followed up about his transition and gave detailed information on instructions on caring for him.

I was pleased with your services until the last week before transport. I couldn’t get anyone to call me back to answer my questions in regards to his last vet appointment and transport. One week I called everyday. Also if I had know he was in a van with 10 other animals I would not have wanted him transported this way!

I was skeptical about using an online site to adopt a new puppy, but I’m so glad that I did or I would not have found my beautiful, loving puppy. The representatives were extremely professional and kept me well informed doing the entire process. My puppy arrived quickly with no problems or issues. He’s enjoying his new home. This was a process I wish I knew before I made my purchase. Pawrade was quick to respond to messages prior to my purchase. After I paid for our puppy the communication seized from Pawrade. I was told we’d be able to choose before the holidays (we made our purchase December 18 or 19) or after, and it would be more expensive before, understandably. I asked which dates before the holiday were available- no response. If they had just responded and said there were no dates until January or id have to communicate with the nanny and then given me their info it wouldn’t have been as frustrating but my family had a trip planned January 16-23 so I needed to know/make arrangements. Finally when I was given the nanny info (the nanny was fantastic, by the way, this review is solely based on Pawrade) I was told they couldn’t deliver until Jan 11- we had to wait until Jan 25. Never again will I use or recommend Pawrade.

Our little puppy “Keni” is wonderful. Very good experience with Pawrade! The breeder is great. This happy puppy arrived with basic crate training and basic commands. He was clearly very well taken care of prior to him arriving to us. We are already SO in love with him! Wonderful breeder! Thank you so much and we are SO happy to have Keni in our lives. Overall, I was very pleased with My main contact person who found a puppy for me right in my own town. The hard part about that is that if I had known there was a breeder in Goshen with a 4-month-old puppy, I. could have saved around $1,000 by buying directly from the breeder. The puppy selling websites, in my opinion, bring in way too many people, which of course increases the cost significantly. I did not need a travel representative and was frustrating because so many of the emails I received had to do with travel arrangements, giving the puppy Sugar supplements to avoid complications from trial. I heard from at least five different phone numbers, and I never knew exactly who I was talking to, but I was uncomfortable because I have a personal policy. I've never answering a phone call from a number I do not recognize. I have much more positive input to give you if I can get another box to finish

Just got my new Beagle puppy yesterday Sensi(Morgan) and she is just so precious. A little nervous as I was right in the middle of moving the day I got but she is handling everything like a champ. Pawrade did everything and above to walk me through each and every step from getting insurance to her arrival n much more. I couldn’t be more pleased with new companion for many many years to come.

We are beyond joyful with our new fur baby Chance (whom we named Remy)! We received her on the morning of New Year’s Day and she was so much more than we expected! She is playful, friendly, and loves to cuddle! She was well taken care of by her breeder and was well taken care of by the ground transportation (Christian). Everyone at Pawrade was so helpful and very supportive throughout the process. Thank you to all at Pawrade, ground transportation, and most importantly the breeder for making our family complete!!

I am happy with the transactions, each team is cordial and helpful. I have been informed every step of the way. My puppy travel arrangements is better than I expected. American Airline provided helpful updates and convenient pick up. However, I am disappointed that my puppy is under weight; she is skinny to the bones and her right eyes looks abnormal rather a bright clear puppy eyes and look like she has not yet received any potty training. Other than that Khoe is cute and so sweet. No doubt, she is receiving unlimited love from us. Best, Nary
