Pawrade did an excellent job communicating and following up to make sure my puppy exchange went smoothly. I felt comfortable the process was legit, my breeder was quality and not a puppy farm, and that they ensured I got a healthy dog. My puppy is fabulous. Could not be happier.

We were very pleased with the entire adoption process for our fur baby. We used the Wags on Wheels delivery option for our pup and they were very courteous and our baby arrived safe and sound.

Pawrade was very easy to deal with. Our puppy was very well taken care of by the Lea’s ions that delivered him to us. We would go through them to find our next dog.

Our new addition to our family (Diego) is such a sweet dog. I was pleasantly surprised at how well he did considering his long van ride from Missouri! He is healthy and loves to play! Very interactive with everyone in the family.. I was a bit hesitant at first, with purchasing a dog so far away. Obviously the breeder and Pawrade know what they’re doing to ensure the quality and health of our puppy. We are very happy!!

Huge Communication Gaps! From incorrect food information to incorrect travel data, transaction was a mess. I do not recommend purchasing puppies from Pawrade.

This was the 2nd time I purchased a fur baby from Pawrade and overall the experience was fine. However, if I had to rate the two times I dealt with them; I would have to say that the 1st time was better than the recent one. The timeliness in which was my questions were answered were a bit delayed after I was handed over to another person that would help me with making arrangements to bring my puppy home. I also requested a call back twice and did not received a call. Everything was pretty much done over emails and text messages. The person I dealt with when I had questions about the puppy I was thinking of purchasing was very responsive. She immediately texted me back and called me to answer my questions so I was very pleased with her. Perhaps in the future the same person can handle the entire transaction from beginning to end to minimize confusion.
It was a fairly simple process to adopt Olivia. Texting seemed to work pretty well, but calling always went to voicemail. I was only able to speak to a live person once. I think that a more detailed location, given at least a couple of days ahead of time, would've been more helpful for planning the road trip to pick her up. I received the pickup address the day before the expected day of pickup, so the road trip went from 4.5 hours to 6.5 hours one way. The only other minor complaint is that the harness that was provided was too small and did not fit. Overall, we are extremely happy that we found Olivia thru Pawrade and will use it services again.

The actual delivery was a bit messed up. The driver tried to message my house phone several times, but it could not be done. We had no idea when the delivery would be made and ended up staying up half the night waiting. She was finally delivered the next morning at 7 a.m. The pup is in good condition and happy. She is busy getting acquainted with our two Chihuahuas and our large black panther cat.. She seems to be interested in all, so I think they will all be family soon!

Thank you for our little girl, Shiloh. Jerri was very friendly gave us updates on Shiloh's travel. Jerri's communication was really great as she kept us up to date on Shiloh and date and time of Shiloh's delivery. Jerri went over paperwork and answered our questions. Jerri is fantastic. Thank you Pawrade as we are happy with our new baby girl.

My experience with Pawrade has been awful. Our puppy came with a hereditary health condition. Our vet was concerned about how this could have not been disclosed as it will be necessary to have surgery and everting that goes with it including pain, suffering and several costs. Pawrade will not speak to us about the health issue and insists on messaging instead. This experience is nothing what I imagined it would be and would not recommend Pawrade as a pet adoption company.

The only problem I had was picking the right puppy, because there were so many and all very cute. The process was very easy to follow and the home delivery was a great choice. I was a little concerned about getting a puppy this way because you hear about so many scams . But it was the complete opposite and I would do it all over again. It was totally worth it. Thank you so very much

We were a little nervous based on the reviews we read but I’m so glad to say that none of them are true! Our puppy is in perfect health, beautiful grooming/condition, and has the perfect personality for our family! We were happy to call and talk with real people whenever we had any questions and the email/text system was very easy to use.

The quality and care for my new puppy to become my next service dog is outstanding, from the breeder who I feel shows great pride in such care in presenting a quality breed. Pawrade presents a great care and gives very informative information to the buyer so you know what you are buying! Transportation for my puppy was outstanding as you can tell there is a lot of personal care in making sure my puppy was transfer with the least about of stress. Thank You William Kahn
