We started looking for a new puppy about 6 months ago. We were having no success in finding another Cockapoo since we lost ours almost 2 years ago. We were referred to Pawrade and I looked into their services. The more I looked into them the more convinced I was that they were going to be the ones that could give us the perfect puppy. I saw Fatima and fell in love with her immediately. After talking to Kat and several other people at Pawrade we were able to settle on all the arrangements. The only problem was that we were leaving on a 6 week vacation in Texas and would not be home to get her delivered to us. That turned out to be no issue as we were able to have her delivered to where we were staying in Texas. Everyone at Pawrade were very helpful in making the delivery of our new Furbaby to us safe and sound. We are totally sold on using Pawrade if you want a guarantee not to be a puppy mill and have a great selection of breeds to choose from.

Receiving this beautiful fur baby is quite a joy. The paperwork making it happen, I feel was excessive. It may be caused by you experience to attempt to cover every possibility. I've adopted on three prior occasions without this amount of signing and initializing. After all of this communication about Dana, I received paperwork for a pet named Beyonce. After calling, I was assured that I had received the correct baby.

Pawrade helped me find my dream puppy. They were very involved with me every step of the way, from the first day of my inquiry to the day I picked up my puppy. They provided me with tons of information through many phone calls and emails and made sure to provide updates on the growth of my chihuahua puppy while I was waiting for her to gain enough weight (2 lbs) for pick up. Pawrade was quick to respond to every question I had, usually within the same day. I felt they genuinely cared about their job in preparing me for my new pup. They even took the time to schedule a video chat with the breeder so that I could see my puppy in action since I was in Wisconsin and my puppy was in Missouri. We rented a car to pick her up and I got a chance to meet and speak with the breeders. They were very incredible, caring people who showed tons of love for their puppies. I don't have any complaints in my experience. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone I know. I am a super happy!

I was very pleased with working with Pawrade to bring our new baby home. All questions were always answered and I was notified about everything from reserving our Ava to the payments and being sent newer pics of my puppy from the breeder. Wags on Wheels was a wonderful transportation company. Their app could keep me in touch of their location at all times. Monica and Mark took excellent care of her and upon delivery were very friendly and andersered all my questions. I was very impressed with them. So happy with my new baby. Pawrade was very thorough and had great communication with me during the whole process. The only thing I didn’t like was the home delivery process. I felt it took too long and the dogs are all in confined for too many hours.

I had a positive experience. However, the advertised price of $3,900 blossomed into $5,000 very quickly. Make sure you are ready to pay in full before reserving your puppy. Once you've reserved your puppy, you're locked into the deal. I did receive the puppy I wanted but at a much higher price than I would have been comfortable paying if that had been the advertised price. They are a legit puppy broker but seem to milk as much money from the buyer as possible.

I’ve got to admit that I had my reservations about not being able to directly contact the breeder. However, what a wonderful beautiful puppy I wound up getting! Pascal is incredible! We love him so much and he loves us after only two days of having him he has adjusted completely… And shows the absolute trust in us. The breeder obviously is top notch. As in all things in life, you get what you pay for. Pawrade followed up every step of the way and was very, very helpful. I would recommend to anyone that I believe this company is to be trusted. The pet concierge, Cynthia, helped me through the process. She was excellent! The Pet Pay, Pet Transport, MetLife, and wellness check 72 hours after receiving the pup was overwhelming in paperwork, texts and emails. For future customers…this needs to be streamlined! I appreciate the attentiveness of buying a pet but there is definitely an all in one process that would have been appreciated. The puppy I received is beautiful, smart, sweet, and fits into our family well! For this purchase, I am grateful to Pawrade and the breeder! We adore our new baby! Thank you.
