Sadly, the delivery guys made this a nightmare experience. I enjoyed every transaction until it was time for delivery. They had been instructed to give me extra communication during the recent fires. They did not. I had to initiate communication, and by then they had already decided to take my puppy through actively-burning areas. With zero consideration for my feelings or trauma, they turned off location and quit communication when they knew I wasn’t pleased. They then made me feel uncomfortable upon delivery. This is a case of Pawrade choosing a reckless employees for its most important role. The resolutions manager has been threatening. He has also completely dismissed the severity of my experience.

I recently secured a 14 week old puppy from Pawrade and was very pleased with the amount of professionalism from all of the people I dealt with. And even more impressed with the puppy I received. My puppy was clean, healthy, and is just a pure joy to have in my household. Pawrade provided me with helpful instructions and records.

The process was good at first, but interactions seemed to drop off towards the end. Emails were not read explaining our change in pick-up dates, which created a lot of confusion in the delivery process. All said and done, we are very happy with our new addition to the family.

Our puppy adoption was very simple and the communication from pawrade was thorough and so helpful. We had an amazing transport team, too. Aaron and Karen provided updates on their location and ETA. They delivered a calm and happy puppy. Our little dog has adjusted to us already and we have the highest praise for pawrade Thanks for all that you do!

We got our boy Nash and I can't express enough how professional and practical the process was. Everyone was very nice, I would call and message a lot because I couldn't wait for my little pup and they had the patience to guide me through the process, and to ensure me that the really cares about the puppies health and wellness.

Luna came into our lives on Monday, January 13th 2025. She was brought by a stork, i mean a lovely women and she looked perfect! She was so much more beautiful than we expected and such a loving sweet little creature. Shortly after arrival Luna was introduced to our 7 year old pug, Zoe. Zoe is a shy and reserved sweetheart and it did take a few days for her to warm up to the new member of our family. Luna and Zoe our on there way to becoming best friends. Luna is sweet and so cuddly but also fearless and assertive! This is a welcomed contrast to Zoe who really thinks through her decisions. Luna is so soft, intelligent, loving and playful. Luna is so much more than we could ever imagine and our lives and family have changed forever. We are so thankful to Pawrade for their impeccable communication from start to delivery. I would recommend Pawrade to friends and family and also when we look for another animal in the future. Thank you Pawrade for the perfect dog for our Family.
