We purchased Esmeralda, now named SUSY, a 3 month old, black and white American Pit Bull Puppy on December 27, 2024 and picked her up at LAX on January 10th. The whole transaction was incredibly smooth, from our first phone call with Tony to all the other wonderful Pawrade people involved, Cindy, Lois and the Puppy Nanny Keenan who flew her out from Mississippi. Never having heard about Pawrade before ... it was the best decision to go through them! Susy is not only a beautiful puppy with a white star on her chest, she has a very loving personality and is a very quick learner. Thank you so much to all of you for making this happen!! Some confusion with communication. Did not get picture of my pup once a week. Only received one pic 1st week. 3weeks passed guess because of holidays. Otherwise satisified, especially with Cassie she was extremly helpful. She addressed my concerns and calmed me while talking to her. Thank you Cassie! Chico is extremely happy with us and his new home. Vet check was perfect and he weighs 3#s.

Finding a healthy puppy from a vetted breeder is challenging. Although, initially I was unsure about getting a healthy puppy over the internet, each step of the process assured me that this was legit. Every concern and question was quickly answered by friendly and knowledgeable personnel. We were assigned Lois as our customer service liaison and prepared us for each step in the process and quickly got answer for us. The pay process was easy to follow and well organized. The puppy delivery service Wags on Wheels was beyond expectations. They sent us their travel/delivery plans on day of departure and an app wherein we could follow the driver and his schedule of deliveries. As he got closer to our proposed delivery time, we were absolutely ready and waiting. Considering all this was in conjunction with bad weather (snow) and varying traffic patterns of different cities and country roads. The two drivers were exceptional caring for the puppies and customer service. Exceedingly pleased!

My dog arrived filthy with poop all in his entire coat. Stunk really bad. Took 2 baths to get him clean which we had to do immediately upon receiving. I let Pawrade know. They have never replied. It was unbelievable. The pup though is as sweet as can be but afraid of his own shadow. My 1st thought he was a puppy mill pup. Due to his condition it's very likely.. His condition upon arriving was very disappointing. Words can't even describe. STAY AWAY FROM PARADE. I love my puppy and will be extremely happy you give him the love he deserves. Oh, did I mention his fur was matted with poop. I think I'm still in shock.

My puppy is adjusting well. the only negative was the delivery was at 11:30 at night and I am early bird. The delivery people were very nice and I thought it was great to have the pup delivered but the time was a bit rough. Otherwise all is well and thank you. We love her!

Only complaint I have is in the ad it said the puppy would be started on potty training and used to loud sounds. Neither is true. It is not a big deal but it should not be listed if it is not true.

She's beautiful and sweet and of course healthy - playful and is going to give us a run for our money - She follows her new big sister all around and loves her - she's going to chew up everything - but she's worth it - SO FAR SO GOOD - it's only been a couple of days and we are exhausted - but happy - the guy that dropped her off was so nice that we felt she was in good hands on the long trip - we are hoping that each day gets better and she becomes an easier "child" - we got a very special little puppy this week. We can't replace the dog (Bella) we lost, she died at thirteen years old, but Heidi will help us have fond memories of our Bella as she grows into our family and bonds with our other golden (Shelby). - Thank you so much -
