We had the absolute BEST experience with Pawrade. I rave about this site to all of my friends. This was our first time using a third party to find a breeder and puppy. We were very skeptical, but found a perfect puppy on Pawrade, so decided to give it a try and hope for the best. The transaction was simple. Communication with Pawrade was easy and all questions were answered. Our sweet little Lily is perfect! The description of Lily online from the breeder was right on point. Lily sure is one of a kind. I will definitely us this service and the breeder again as we can tell the breeder had put a lot of time and love into making sure she was prepared to go to her forever home she has already began potty training,learning her name so we kept it, hearing noises etc. Her parents are a perfect pair. Thank you so much we adore her and will love and take care of her.

A little bit of a conflicting review. I am thankful for the overall end result of finding a puppy through a site such as Pawrade. Initially in the beginning I thought it was a scam as we proceeded through the motions. At the time we found our pup and made the purchase, it was a day or two before Christmas Eve. My first initial contact was Michaela who was absolutely fantastic to work with. Once things were handed over to a puppy travel customer service, things went quiet. Mind you, this was during Christmas and New Years so when days went by and unable to make any contact, (even though the site says available daily) there was a lack of communication on their operating hours on that week in-between Christmas and New Years. During this time, (and when I could not reach my assigned customer service agent) I had to make several calls to reach someone to get information. In the end, super happy with our pup and the breeders are such wonderful people. A beautiful end result.

The number of different people needed to talk to was not a great experience. Extremely delayed responses in message platform with no direct contact with breeder even after order. Description stated potty training and there was none. Vet records supplied are inadequate. Puppy tested positive for coccidia twice delaying his delivery but there was no history of tests or associated treatment. Recent fecal test confirmed Giardia. Makes me concerned that our puppy came from a not so great breeder. Just don’t think I would recommend this process if asked by others.

I want to start off by saying I love my puppy and would not trade him for the world. However, I think it is important to address the fact that he did not arrive as advertised. Prior to purchase, I asked how large the dog would get and I was told to look at the litter spotlight to get an assessment. Well he had his first vet appt today and it’s not even close. The posting stated the father was a 10 pound cavalier and the mother a 7 pound mini poodle. According to my vet, who I have had for 20+ years told me today that a 10 pound Cavalier is unheard of. I purchased this puppy with the understanding he would be around 7-10 pounds like his parents. At 13 weeks he is already over 8 pounds and is estimated to be closer to 20 (almost double what was posted on his profile. While I understand that no weight can be guaranteed this wasn’t even close. I will say that Puzzle Piece transport was excellent and the puppy was delivered clean and in good condition.

The fellows who delivered my puppy were absolutely AWESOME!!!!! I couldn't have asked for better service! My experience with Pawrade, on the other hand, was extremely lacking. There was an immediate response to my phone call to purchase a puppy. However, the Pawrade folks were NEVER available to answer my subsequent phone calls. Additionally, only 1 of my numerous texts received the requested phone call response. Holly called me back in answer to 1 text asking for help with processing a payment. I had later issues issues concerning the puppy delivery & insurance but received NO assistance to calls and texts left for Emily and Holly. I called the Pawrade main phone number and was unable to get in touch with them after receiving Saturday evening notification that my puppy was to be delivered Sunday morning (8-10 am) when I would not be at home. Luckily I received a text from the transporters & they were so helpful and accommodating! I cannot recommend Pawrade due to this experience.

Communication was great until I made payment then it felt like I was second in line. Might have just been the holidays. Didn’t like the no compromises on the 72 hour hours. You delivered at the end of Christmas week and my vets had limited emergency hours. Should have had some compromise available for that. Wish scheduling for delivery could be scheduled as folks do have jobs and such but I sorta understand that. Overall good experience and I would use your service again
