we had an excellent experience with Pawrade! We had numerous email communications, as well as phone contacts with Pawrade and the response was quick and thorough. We took our puppy to the vet today and they said she checks out perfectly. We're in love with her already and so is her fur brother!

The puppy (Matthew) is absolutely amazing! The ground transportation providers were very loving, nurturing and communicative. Although there was an initial change/issue, Mr. Charlie Elliott's involvement and resolution of the change made all the difference! I am very grateful to him and our family is thrilled with this wonderful, healthy puppy.

We are so far very happy with our puppy but we just picked him up today. Our breeder was awesome and cooperative. However, the process was very stressful. Most communicators were helpful but the multiple steps and forms were too much.

Pawrade has been informative and helpful during the entire process from purchasing to transportation. Even when they arrived at my home they had me in contact with the transportation crew who kept me informed and brought her to me clean and healthy. I thank everyone involved and would recommend them to anyone who loves animals.

We are delighted with our new puppy! She is healthy and beautiful! Transport was timely and communication was easy. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that some of my inquiries were not answered timely. There were a number of people who I interacted with during the course of the transaction, and most were wonderful, but some were clearly not very knowledgeable. It would have been better to have one contact person that I could rely on throughout the process. But things proceeded smoothly and I am very happy! THANK YOU!!!

Way too much paper work. Way too many emails/text. Way too much red tape. Too many stipulations and worded heavily as to not be able to read it all before signing. Also, contract says that you can not give the dog away or sell it if you decide you don't want it anymore. AND that the breeder has "first rights" if you do decide to do something with the pet. And you get zero refund and are liable for all transport cost to return it. You must get the written approval from the breeder to be able to "rehome" the animal. We've been saturated with so much paper work and "contract" that we're not even sure that we legally own the dog now. Advice: Buy locally. Without all the BS/Contracts!

If I could give 1000 stars I would. I have never purchased a dog in this manner but would do it again. Our Stetson is so perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more smooth process. I had a lot of questions, which the ladies at Pawrade answered and then some. I appreciate the help finding our new best friend! We are so in love!

While I understand Pawrades process is to protect the breeder and assure the buyer of a healthy puppy they go way overboard in the process. They are so wrapped up in the legalidy it is very burdensome. The worst part is not being able to personally talk to the breeder until the very end. I know this is done so you don’t make a side deal and cut them out of their money. I am sure they charge the breeder a lot. There are so many departments along the way you lose track of who you contact for follow up. Concierge shipper initial contact. Then when all was done they didn’t respond to my question of was I finished. They put you through so many hoops and paperwork it is not an enjoyable process. They ask for information they don’t need to know such as last 4 of social security number. Why do they need that? Even after you get the pet they have stipulations like bring it to your own vet within 72 hours. Take a picture of you receiving the pet take another picture when you get hom

I’m impressed in every way with the purchase of our puppy. I was skeptical at first but this was flawless and actually enjoyable! We love our little girl. She is healthy and giving us much love!! Thank you so much Pawrade!!
The whole process was easy. My pup was as advertised. The specialist made sure all my questions and concerns were met. They kept me in the loop and even sent me updated pics of the pup! 🥰 10/10 definitely would recommend.
