While a lot of information was sent, I had to stay on top of you for delivery time and the promotion refund. Knowing when the pup will be delivered is crucial especially during holiday times. I was essentially held hostage to my home for 10 days. Ended up getting a 4:30 am delivery on 1/1. Lost a whole night of sleep. Then I had to follow up 3x for a refund that should have been taken out of my charges without asking.

The pup is acting like he has been in a cage all his little life. When delivered he was starving and drank water like he had not had any water the whole way to Colorado. Took the baby to the vet overall he is healthy thank goodness. -Has a little yeast infection in his ears. Even after a week he cowers when approached. There is no way that anybody has been working on potty training as indicated. We did get the health papers and its very nice that he is already microchipped. Already love the little guy!

I really enjoyed the process with Pawrade. Everyone was helpful and responded to me in a timely manner. My only partial complaint is that I received my pup on a holiday so the majority of vets in my area were closed New Year’s Eve and New Year’s, therefore, it made it very hard to get a timely appointment for Frappe and I lost my 14 day health guarantee. I feel it should have been extended for this reason.

Puppy arrived healthy and happy and clean. She is an energetic smart little girl. She seems to be learning to potty outside although accidents do happen. She is very brave, bossing my 2 older dogs around. Perhaps too brave. So far my experience with Parade has been excellent. Responses to queries have been prompt and appropriate. I am concerned. I received our puppy @11:30pm. No surprises w/ the hour, or that she smelled bad. I had been informed the deliveries take place around the clock and she would likely require a bath. She slept from 1am to 7am in her crate. She woke, went potty, ate, then went back to sleep until 10am. I would say that was a pretty successful transition. So I was feeling pretty good about our choice to get a puppy on-line. BUT..... When I bathed her I realized she is very thin. Each time she ate her belly would become very distended/bloated. When the Vet entered the room @ the Wellness visit her first words were of concern, stating she was very bony, flat feet...as if kept in cages, tail should've been docked, and dewclaws removed. Questioned if this was a puppy mill or rescue pup, and did I know the breeder. She has further concerns and made only a couple positive comments. Stated Sophia first needs to put some meat on these bones.

It will be some time before I'm ready for another dog as these two already have me running in circles, but I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Pawrade again.

Customer service was good, but after everything was paid, no one contacted me. We were also promised a video of the puppy because it was coming after Christmas. That did not happen at all. Transportation communication was not good either. I should have really looked into Pawrade before I made my purchase. Liam arrived OK and in good health.
