Overall process was very good. Once someone knows you are interested in a dog it is an immediate response to any questions. Once you've made the purchase it's not quite the same. Sometimes you go days without a response. In fact, I picked up my puppy 6 days ago and I still have not heard anything about her registered papers or her MetLife insurance. Pre-sale customer service excellent! After the sale not so good.

We have had a great experience with Pawrade. From the concierge's to the transport coordinator, everyone was knowledgeable about their part of the process. There was always someone available if I needed updates ,information conversation with breeder ect. Everything went smoothly. Our puppy showed up at our house healthy and not traumatized by her journey. The guys did a great job getting her home. We have had had her a week now and she is doing great. I would definitely recommend Pawrade as it was recommended to me!

I’m disappointed in the health of the puppy I received and the lack of coverage with the “health guarantee”. I was given a puppy with a level 2 heart murmur and told that it’s not covered by the guarantee. This could require expense tests and ongoing treatment for the life of the dog and I’m stuck with those expenses. Also, the dog had worms, an ear infection, and a cough. The cough has been persistent and is not getting better, so it will likely require more and expensive diagnostics and treatment. Basically, I was given an unhealthy puppy and am footing the bill. The expenses over the lifetime of the dog for these initial health issues are yet to be known but will likely exceed the purchase price of the dog and any payments I may receive from you “health guarantee” - if you even agree to cover any of them. I bought from your company bc I thought you would protect me from buying an unhealthy dog, but that seems to be far from reality.

The experience with Pawrade has been great! They were easy to connect with and get all my questions & concerns answered. Parade are liars. Do NOT believe any of their breeders. I love my dog, don’t get me wrong. But I was told by Pawrade and my breeder at pickup that I was getting a mini sheltie. They put on their website that the parents, both of them, were 18 lbs full grown. My puppy is already 25 lbs at 5 weeks and projected 30-35 pounds. I was charged for a mini sheltie which is more expensive. DO NOT BELIVE THEIR LIES! I NEED TO WARD ON EVERY WEBSITE WITH MU COMMENTS ABOUT THEIRS LIES. I cannot live with my other half now cause I can’t travel with him as carryon and I’m not an evil owner and making him fly cargo. PAWRADE are liars and according to my lawyers misrepresenting in order to make money. RUN AWAY AS FAST AD YOU CAN!

Pawrade, by far, is the best place to go when searching for your new fur baby. We purchased two Jack Russell puppies, initially named Tommy and Tasha - their new names are Sophie (Sophia) and Vinnie (Vincenzo) yes, I’m the Italian in our house 🤩 (Vacchiano). It only seemed fitting to name them with an Italian flare. Every step of the way with Pawrade was fantastic! They were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We dealt with Emma who was fantastic and also dealt with a few other women. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I cannot say enough good about Pawrade! They are great! Please be careful when looking on line to purchase pups. There are a lot of scammers out there. One such site is Jack and true love puppies. They take your money and there are no puppies at the end of the deal. I only mention this as we weee scammed out of $1,900 by them and are so very grateful for a reputable company like Pawrade. Many thanks to all of you.

Everything seemed so easy and smooth initially, then the process slowed considerably. I must have misread the site because I thought it was only $599 to "reserve" a puppy but when we started the process, we had no option but to pay the full price and within 24 hours they asked us to pay for the travel arrangements. Apparently we also didn't understand how long it would take for the rest of the process. While we actually waited 12 days for her, it seemed like a lifetime and when she would not be with us at Christmas as advertised that was difficult. We discussed this with them and they somehow moved up her deliver date to the 24th. Needless to say, we love her but are finding it difficult to complete submission of the required Vet visit through their website. They have been very responsive in their support making this process a bit easier.

Its name is Jack and true love puppies! Please, please be careful. The site is a scam! They have been reported to the FTC, FBI, GOOGLE and Facebook. If you want a puppy - use Pawrade! They truly are the best❤️❤️❤️

Everyone was very kind throughout the process. Unfortunately our pup became very sick. The very next day we had to take her for an emergency vet because she was bleeding so badly with her diarrhea. They gave her fluids and medications. But then the next day with not much improvement with bleeding they did numerous test, fluids and injections. She developed bronchitis as well. I’m hoping I sent the medical bills to the right location. Thank you all for your kind and concern for our baby. She is such a blessing to our family!

The process is very easy and well organized. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Watching the delivery vehicle route in 360 app was a lot of fun actually, as weird as that may sound. The puppy came and adjusted quickly, two days. The Driver's were very friendly and appear to really care about and for the dogs. And the puppy received was the puppy we expected. I highly recommend

Overall everything went well. The process is pretty involved, but the staff was helpful along the way. My only complaint was the timing of the delivery. The guys were very nice, but arriving at 2 am was tough for us. We essentially had to stay up all night with our new puppy.
