Pawrade was excellent in many ways - communication, transparency, advice & guidance for adoption. Our puppy purchase went exactly as expected with no issues at all. She is beautiful and healthy. Pawrade kept me in the loop and I liked that all the communication was in one place. My only struggle is 1 - they are by far more expensive than competitor sites with similar services, considerably more expensive. And 2 - at no time are you communicating directly w/ the breeder. When purchasing a puppy sight unseen, being able to connect with and build a relationship with the breeder goes a long way to getting to know your puppy before he/she gets home and building confidence in the very big choice you are making. I do wish there were a way to communicate directly with the breeder at some point in the process. I would think the breeder would want to know about the family adopting their dog as well. Thanks for bringing us together with our newest member of the family.

Everything was outstanding. We love our new puppy which was a gift for Christmas to my Husband Ray. Ray renamed him to Jack stating he looked more like a Jack. All communications were outstanding and all the information given was great. We can not say enough good about the start to finish experience. We love Jack and he is already attached to him new daddy Ray!!!!!!!!!!!

We love our Maltese puppy Ezra. He is friendly, sweet, affectionate, insanely cute, smart, and healthy. We couldn’t be happier with him. He is enriching our lives every day and filling the giant void left behind by our prior dog’s passing. I was very happy with Pawrade’s services especially their efficiency and the hand holding that I, a neurotic dog owner, needed throughout the process. My only issue is with respect to the transportation of Ezra from the breeder to us. I didn’t fully appreciate how long of a time he would be caged in a van during his transport, and had this been more effectively communicated to me I would have opted to pick him up from the breeder. Also, the transport service mistakenly believed he wasn’t vaccinated (he was), so they didn’t think they were allowed to walk him at all. If he had been given walks during transport then I would have maybe found the 40 hour plus transport time tolerable.

I LOVE my new Yorkie Terrier - The breeder must have been a loving knowlegeable parent along with Murrays own fur parents. He is a fiesty little love bug and a quick learner. He only kept us up one night after the 5 nights of sleeping in the same room with him. Pawrade was very helpful and made this transistion to Parenthood very easy and assuring. His ride here wasnt as smooth but he was delivered to New England in freezing weather. His first well visit with the Vet went great with one exception with his ears = yeast needing to be cleaned. He has brought much happiness to our home and little worry or concern. He wasnt eating much off and on but the nutritional gel he licks from my finger helps that one issue. I would recommened Pawrade to others. I feel bad that I didnt go to a rescue but could not push myself to look at the so many I would want to save. I feel that I chose the right path and hope my Murray does too. Im not lonely and FEEL THE LOVE

Pawrade was great! I had a few questions along the way and they always provided information and answers promptly. Pawrade also provides a guidebook on how to prepare for the puppy’s arrival and things to do during the first few days. I found this really helpful!

Was a little to stressful with the lack of confidence after you received our payment. No one returned our calls or responded to our texts until I threatened to report you as a scam. Called the main number 3 times and when I pressed 1 for having reserved a pet, there was no one available. Immediately after the third time I called back and pressed 2 and someone answered immediately. Although we're happy with our new puppy we're not thrilled with the overall process.

The entire process was clear and pleasant. Our puppy is even more beautiful than the picture and in perfect health. However, the description stated that the breeder had started the potty training process, which was not true, as they told us otherwise when we asked. We have started completely from scratch. The information provided should be reviewed to ensure it is accurate and not misleading to customers. Thank you.

This was my second experience purchasing a dog through your company. Prior to the sale, customer service communication was prompt and consistently positive. However, after my payment was processed, responses from customer service became significantly slower, and on two separate occasions, I was promised a call back that never occurred. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I am unlikely to use your services again.

This was a very stressful process on the flight to get my puppy I confirmed a date upon arrival to the airport to pick up we waited 2 hours to receive the puppy on one days notice for the the puppy and nanny to never show up and it was of course after hours couldn’t get a hold of any of the staff and was told that my conformation was overlooked and puppy never flew communication was bad bad experience
