“Unfortunately, this was a very disjointed process, and the communication from each representative was so incredibly different at each juncture. The one reliable representative was Destiny. She got back to me when she said she would and was very easy to work with. Working with the other two contained entirely too much mystery for my liking. It also created too much anxiety for what was supposed to be an exciting and sweet transaction. I'd love to recommend you assign ONE representative to each adopting family for the entire process: for ease of communication and one track for accountability. A more streamlined transaction could remedy the complaints I have for future families. This should not be a stressful experience in the least.”

“We didn't know what to expect and were very apprehensive about using an online resource to purchase a dog. The experience was very good and way beyond expectations. There was great communication throughout the process from purchase to beyond delivery. They have called to check on our pup a week after we took delivery just to see how things were going and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Their "No puppy mill" guarantee was definitely a selling point as well as the puppy guarantee. We will definitely use Pawrade again when we're ready for another pup.”

“Overall great service. There was a lack of communication between the breeder and Pawrade during the week when our puppy got her vet check and a hernia issue was found which required surgery. This delayed the delivery by 2 weeks and I was made aware 3 days before she was supposed to be delivered. The issue was resolved after multiple calls with management and they did offer a discount as a courtesy which we appreciated. Our baby girl arrived safely, was happy and smelled very good. I was also able to track her whereabouts during ground transportation. I would give the company 5 stars if it weren't for the miscommunication overlook, the calls I had to make and the delay. Overall this company is trustworthy and very professional.”

She is a very good eater, and her journey from Texas to home (Illinois) was without incident! She had her first vet appointment since she has been home, and she received a clean bill of health! “I am so glad that I stumbled upon this website. I knew that I was not living the life I wanted to especially after the untimely passing of our beloved GSD Zeke. I am a very big proponent of rescues but sometime all the love you have in the world cannot fix what is in the cards and the past. I am a volunteer for German Shepherd Rescue of New England and was told this is not a legitimate platform but I got such outstanding customer support and access to the breeders and all the way to transport. This excelled in every capacity, better than dealing with breeders I knew and and nothing was working out. I took one look at Otis and saw that he was ready to leave his mom. I followed my gut instincts and reserved him and followed the process through. I needed him to give me a reason to get me back to who I was. There is no price you can put on living life on your terms. So all I can say is thank you and also William and Shelley McVay.”
“The purchase and communication was excellent. I appreciated the helpful tips and guidance regarding our pups first few weeks. I was disappointed when I asked where the Breeder was located that I was given incorrect information. We were instructed to pick the puppy up in an Amish area. Unfortunately, due to a number of Puppy Mills in that area, it caused concern that my puppy was from a puppy mill. When I asked where the breeder was located and my concern about a puppy mill, I was told they were from a city not close to where we were to pick the puppy up. That eased my concerns. However the breeder was in fact from the Amish area. It would have been so much better if the concierge had been honest and told me the truth. Then calmed my fears by going through Pawrades vetting process for all breeders who use them. I was told by the Medlife fellow that Pawrade vets, visits, and insures that the breeder is above board. Honesty is always the best policy. ”
