I am very pleased with pawrade's service! We received our fur baby on time for Christmas for our little girl! Our kids have been so happy with our new addition. I would highly recommend pawrade to anyone looking for great quality service and amazing people in the process!

We had an amazing experience getting our sweet puppy through pawrade! They were informative through each step and answered all our questions quickly. We love our puppy so much and are so grateful for pawrade!
Pebbles is the best puppy ever. You can tell the breeders did lots of work desensitizing her to noises, meeting new people and potty training. She walked into our house like she’s lived here forever. We are really happy!!🐶

I gave you two stars for many reasons I contact person initially was great. Puppy I have is darling and I love him. After that, it all falls apart. You took my money. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with/ you. I was told someone was on vacation, but that is no excuse when you have my money and I have nothing then when I tried to get hold of the Breeder, you made it difficult again. I don’t care for your procedures and how you dodo your business. That give you two stars. I doubt anyone will be seeing this review.

I love him so much. Since he has been here he has made my days so full of life and happiness.
Love our new puppy. Pawrade made the process simple and easy. Will definitely use them again down the road!
Everything went exactly as advertised. The drivers made contact with me 3 times before they arrived. Ian arrived in perfect health. Just needed a short bath (which was to be expected). No surprises and very happy. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone.

Communication is terrible. Unresponsive to my questions. They require you to feed the puppy the same food as the breeder in order to honor the health guarantee but can get me a link to the food. Puppy is fantastic, PawRade is trash.
I am very satisfied with my puppy Camilla as well as dealings with pawrade

Tara Klevecz (Puppy Concierge)did a really good job as well as Shannon Gegor (travel agent). I asked Lois Krahling for an updated picture of Tatym and they said they would reach out to the breeder and it took 6 days for me to get updated photos and when I asked about the head to tail exam and she responded about the exam she still hadn't given me any update on her asking the breeder for pics. I finally received pictures 3 days after the head to tail exam. I am aware that the pictures were the breeders responsibility but I would have liked to at least have an update after they had asked the breeder for pictures because since almost a whole week passed since I asked for pictures I was starting to think I wouldn't get any since I didn't get any updates on whether the breeder agreed to pictures or not.

Love my puppy. A little downside was not knowing who the breeder was it where. Found out after that Breeder is a puppy mill. I hope you do something about that. Loved my delivery guys! They were great!

We had a great experience in getting our puppy. Communication was great throughout the process.
Just got our beautiful puppy today and are so happy with her. She will be loved and well taken care of. Thank you Pawrade and the entire staff for making the adoption so easy.

Excellent organization - all throughout the process they were very helpful. My new puppy is adorable of course and very healthy and happy! I met the breeder at the exchange and she seemed genuinely concerned that her puppy was well-placed. She was very professional but also very nice! And is allowing me to text her with questions.
I am so excited. Daisy is the sweetest baby. And as cute as she is sweet. Everything went smoothly. I received calls, texts and emails to keep me posted almost every day until I got her. If I decide to get Daisy a sibling I will use Pawrade again
The entire team, from beginning to end was fantastic. Answered out questions, took my calls, answered my emails. They got Winifred here safely and on time. We were sooooo happy with pawrade! Thank you.
