“We are very happy with our purchase, Seth is a good pup. The process up front was good, when it came time for transportation Morgan is not helpful and very distant with customer service. I left a comment on Facebook and Peter messaged me in response, when Peter stepped in and got management involved transportation went smoother. Peter stayed in contact through out the process, his customer service skills are awesome, he puts you at ease and reaffirmed that we made a good decision purchasing from Pawrade. Overall our experience was good.”
“Absolutely love our puppy but not potty trained as mentioned. Not breeders fault as doggie door would be too dangerous with coyotes in our area. He does not cry or wine to go outside so there lies our problem. Lots of work many accidents! Receiving Vincent so early in the morning was difficult on us older folks (1:00 am) - I contacted puppy express as they did not but once call us on there own! I called them … when Pawrade knew where Vincent they contacted us once. We had no idea all the many pups traveling with Vincent ! Also I was hoping for closer contact with our puppies breeder! ”

“We are in Sarasota Florida for six months and bought Motley. Motley was delivered here in great shape. A little tired after the trip down. Passed his health exam with the veteran and got setup for his future shots. Everybody in the condos here just loves him. It was a good experience Thanks”
“After we reserved, the puppy flipper, we would've liked to have quicker responses, especially before pick up. Re do re I'll get home. We still have to send our photo with Flipper whom we have renamed Tucker with the middle name Carlson, was that a name Tucker Carlson? He is one of our favorite conservative talkshow hosts who really has an excellent understanding of what is going on in our country as far as our country going down. We are still not home yet when we get home in about 4 1/2 to 5 hours we will send the photo of ourselves along with flipper whom we have renamed Tucker. ”

“She is absolutely beautiful and we love her, although it was very difficult talking to a different person. Every time I called even though the ladies have the notes they could refer to sometimes when you write down notes, you just aren't real specific, so it was like starting a conversation all over again, but most of the ladies I talk to we're very, very nice and very very helpful, and in the end it all worked out. I do believe that information like she lives on a farm and she's never been in a collar harness or leash, and may try to escape and run away is very important. She is very nervous. I understand she's a new puppy, but I was allowed to believe that she was doggie door trained, and the doggie door she had was in a barn, and she ran in the open on a farm.And she is six months old. But like I said, we love her and I'm sure with a little bit of training she will be just fine. Thanks again ”
