Unfortunately, I found your service to be fraught with issues. The only time you were "on top of" the situation was when I first inquired about a puppy which resulted in a call back within 15 minutes and until you had my money in hand. After that the communication was few, faulty and far between. You never even sent the seller flight information which resulted in me having to incur additional expenses. Yours was a costly, stressful and unorganized transaction. Your charge a huge amount and keep most of it. Your TRAVEL department is many times clueless and you utilize a third party vendor for actual travel arrangements who did not confirm the flight information which required us to pay and additional $599 dollars to American Airlines. OH... and speaking of cost... the cost to ship two large dogs from Reno to Dallas actually cost $599 dollars... your charged me $1,617.84 for incredibly unorganized and uninformed service. I would NEVER recommend or use you ever again.

I was so nervous knowing she would be in bad shape traveling such a far distance. But when she arrived, she was in perfect condition. She is a 4 pound bundle of joy, and we are thrilled! She checked out perfect at her first check up, and has gained weight. We love her to death! Thanks for making this transition so smooth!

It was hard to find a legitimate website but luckily my girlfriend found this haha We got our first puppy 1 week after reserving him, and we chose the ground delivery, which is pretty much a “wags on wheels” truck that delivers pets. They keep a consistent message thread directly from the owner and from their veterinarian too. So if you have any questions, feel free to ask them. The process was smooth and fast, I’m so happy and still can’t believe he is in our house 😭 I definitely recommended this page to some of my coworkers. Thank you ❤️🐶

I took 1 star off for the lack of knowledge when your pup is being dropped off is very difficult to plan for especially when they even deliver in the middle of the night ! I was told very last minute when she would be dropped off and even then it wasn’t until almost 3am ! Other than the lack of a time window that can be given for drop off our sweet little girl is settled in with us so well already !!! They gave me the wrong food they had been trying to feed her that the breeder said she was eating … I would prob fly or drive out myself next time to get another dog Maureen

Lied about weight of puppy knowing it was for an 89 year old needing a full grown dog of less than 7lbs. Said puppy was 2lbs just before shipping. Arrived at 3.5 lbs. Terrible! I know this wont make it to google so I will also review directly and so will my family.

I have been looking for a female dachshund for over 2 years. Recently, I came across the services of Pawrade and am so happy that I did. The whole process from the 1st time that I talked to Tara was extremely rewarding. Everyone through the whole process was great, and within 2 weeks of contacting Pawrade, we were back home with our little Tizzy who is a pure delight. She is a long hair miniature dachshund and just turned 3 mounts old weighting in at 4 pounds 1 oz. Hopefully, she will reach an adult weight of right around 9 to 10 pound as her parents were 9 & 10 pounds. Again, I want to thank everyone at Pawrade for the great service you provide!!!
