We are so thankful to everyone at Pawrade for helping to make our dream of adopting a fur baby come true. We lost our beloved Pomchi Chloe in September of this year. Being able to find "Charlie Rose" has been a healing and heart warming experience. We are forever grateful for the beautiful bundle of joy that arrived on our doorstep. Willis and Lloyd our puppy Chauffeurs were amazing. They took such good care of our precious package and kept us updated every step of the way. From the breeder to everyone at Pawrade who took my phone calls as an anxious fur parent to be, I thank you for being so helpful and patient. We love our baby girl so much and she is already "ruling the roost." She is smart, playful, and soooo loving. She loves to cuddle and give kisses. Thank you Pawrade for bringing so much joy to our lives!

You all LIED to me, straight out!!! You said she was potty trained, which was my 1st & only question to you from the beginning. I'm 100% Veteran Administration disabled & I'm unable to get down to my knees to clean up any mess. Leah pooped 4 out of the last 5 days on my brand new carpet all over the house. I could see the 4 times she pooped. The carpet color is impossible to see how many times & where she peed on my brand new carpet, but I know for a fact she has peed countless times. When I "force" her outside, she always uses the doggie door, but I've never seen her go OUT thru the door. She refuses to come when she's called. She refuses to come to bed at night. She's just a STUPID, totally UNTRAINED dog, who was definitely not worth over $3,100, including delivery. Thanks for nothing & Please stop LYING just to sell a STUPID dog!!!!!

We love love love our new puppy. He was well loved and taken care of before he came to us. He was a happy healthy puppy when he got to us. The process through Pawrade was simple and user friendly. I would definitely use them again. The only negative I have is that I feel bad that he was in a car for 3 straight days traveling to us, because of the amount of puppies they had for one trip.

I found Pawrade after been ALMOST scammed 12 times on Facebook. It was like a dream come through. From the very first time I talked to them, they were very professional, helpful, acknowledgeable and nice. Throughout the process every individual in the various departments guided me through the process. I recommend them to anyone who would like to have a legit puppy!
Pawrade is an excellent company of you are looking for a healthy happy puppy. I had a great experience from the moment I called to reserve my Sonny(new name Kash) to the delivery. Customer Service is great! They communicate with you every step of the way through txt message. I really like that since I can't be on my phone while at work. They explained the process from the beginning. The payment process was easy and safe. I had questions and needed documents for the vet before my Kash arrived. This was the day before his delivery to me. They answered all my questions and helped me get what I got the vet immediately. They set up the transportation etc. I have already referred Pawrade to my bestfriend. I am very happy with my Maltipoo Kash and will use Pawrade again and again!!

I purchased a teacup poodle at the beg of december. Once the purchase was completed the communication was amazing, i received all the instructions and details on how to welcome my puppy, what his diet was, when to reguster for the insurance, when to see the vet, how he could react after the flight, etc. When i called for precisions, the response was kind, helpful and everything was done to reassure me. When the puppy arrived, he was in great shape, full of life and very affectionate. I am very happy and highly recommend Pawrade.

My experience with Pawrade was first rate. I was VERY skeptical about how they could promise "no puppy mills." Because without actually visiting the location of the breeder, nor giving us(puppy adopters) information on the breeder prior to the puppy's arrival, how can anyone be sure we aren't purchasing from a puppy mill. However, once I saw my puppy, I knew this was a puppy that came from a well loved home environment. Prior to her arrival Pawrade was quick in responding to my questions and concerns. Upon my puppy's arrival, I was thrilled to pick up a clean, healthy little pup. She smelled clean. Looked clean. Had healthy stool. She was/is a good weight, She was/is bright, alert and very people friendly and social with dogs. I love her to bits!! Her vet records were thorough and indicate she has had good care and proper vet care since birth. I am so happy with my little one.
Everything from the purchase to the delivery was perfect customer support was excellent

We were very happy with the way everything was handled at Pawrade. Communication was good & the people I talked to on the phone were so nice. Our puppy we now call Molly is such a doll baby & is eating good seems so happy just like we are!

They communicated in a timely manner and the process was smooth. Wags on Wheels is also great! The driver and caretaker of my puppy was always communicating while in route.
Wow, what an experience! I had a lot of anxieties about using an online service to find my new fur friend, but pawrade made the process quick and easy. The customer service was attentive, the transport went smoothly and I received 1 healthy and adorable puppy. Overall I would use the service again, the only improvement I would say was more updates about the puppy and parents prior to transport- but overall very happy with the service. Thank you!!
