“Ya'll did a great job overall, but there needs to be a bit more attention to detail in the initial conversations as well as between Pawrade and the breeders. We made it very clear in the beginning that we would be driving from Atlanta to Texas to pick the puppy up. We gave the specific date a week in advance and were told by the Pawrade team that the breeder said that date would work for her. On the day we were supposed to leave we were told that the final paperwork from the breeder had not been received. We were delayed in leaving for 8 hours on a weekend specifically planned for this event and which would have been extremely difficult to re-schedule. In the end, the Pawrade team did great in pulling it all together and making it happen just in the nick of time but it was extremely stressful. ”

“Ethyl (the puppy formally known as Dillie) is a gift from Heaven. She is smart, fast, curious, quiet, playful, cautious, cuddly, well-behaved around toddlers, perfect temperament and well on her way to being housebroken. My hats of to the wonderful breeder being supported by Pawrade. The transportation piece of this was very smooth and she was delivered to my home safely and on time. We had one small hiccup with her vaccination paperwork that was quickly cleared up by Emily with one short phone call. I would recommend this service based on the breeder selection and Pawrade doing what they say they will. Excellent Experience!!!”

“Our 7 month old, 7 lb. ball of energy arrived on time via "The Puppy Wagon." Owen, a delightful, handsome Boston Terrier, is a delight! The pedigree paperwork does not appear to be connected to him, so we're working with Pawrade to fix that. Other than that, the vaccine records, the vet report, and the communication with the company's representatives all were great! I am very paw-sitively impressed with Pawrade. ”

“This is the first time we purchased a puppy online and the process was so easy. We had a big family event planned on the estimated day of our puppy's arrival and Pawrade was wonderful to work with to have her arrive sooner. Pawrade was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The transportation service was great! The only issue is that our puppy did have Giardia, but per the vet, this is very typical and was easy to treat. I would highly recommend Parade!”
