There are not enough stars to rate just how great Pawrade is and how helpful and professional all the people we interacted with. Our two new puppies are more than we expected. One came by ground and the other by air. The drivers and air nannie truly took great care delivering our two new boys. Our vet said they are both very healthy and that the breeders are providing the right food and care for a long life. Thanks Pawrade.

I was very skeptical buying a puppy from a place I had found online, and especially worried about sending money, but I have to say from the very start and first phone call from Jessica to the moment I picked her up at the airport. I have been fully supported all the way And have been delivered the sweetest little girl my only negative would be and this is not against the company, but the Breeder stated that she had been training the puppy with puppy pads and that is absolutely not true apart from that I am very happy.

Everything was great with Pawrade until I received my puppy’s travel day. There was no communication after that. I was told he could arrive anytime over a 3 day period. It was very frustrating not to have a more narrow time frame.

Everything was excellent until the day before! Communication was great everyday after I paid the $4000! I was absolutely skeptical because I have been scammed before purchasing a bully through web. Better Business Bureau confirmed the site. Helped me relax. The person I was directly dealing with was awesome u til the last 24. I had to call to confirm everything was a go a day before the scheduled pickup. The day of I called the breeder directly because the person representing PAWRADE just stopped communicating. Luckily I was close to the breeder so I called them directly and scheduled the pickup. I heard from PAWRADE while I was en route! Other than that….all good!

We have the most adorable brindle/fawn colored Shih tzu puppy we could have ever hoped for. We found her online 11/27/2024 and reserved her that day. We received her by Puppy Express (ground delivery) on 12/12/2024. She was perfect, happy and we fell in love that day. The staff stayed in touch and helped whenever I needed to call or text them.
