We are so excited to get our puppy. Summer wasn’t who we originally picked out. We were supposed to get her brother but he didn’t pass the vet exam. So you can see this is a safe and effective way to purchase a puppy.

Amelia, AKA “Millie,” arrived in excellent shape physically (A+ from her 1st vet visit) and emotionally. Now after living with her for 3 days, she is very settled in, learning quickly, loves to play, and is a good sleeper too. The transport by Zach and Lem was super. The investment was expensive, but worth every penny.
Everyone there were so helpful and they really love what they do.Thanks so much for bringing Sam to us!

It was a great and easy transaction.
They went above and beyond! I didn’t expect so much assistance and it was all so deeply appreciated. I felt confident I was prepared and that my puppy was safe, and well supported through the transaction. I am confident in pawrades thorough and attentive practices with breeders and adopters!

Pros - good communication upon making initial contact / puppy interest and responsiveness for initial questions such as puppy location and parents, ease of finding a puppy and peace of mind that the breeders have already been vetted, incredibly helpful puppy guide which helped us to prepare for Henley's arrival, also appreciated the concierge call giving reminders about pet insurance and other tips for pickup day Cons - final payment was requested 8 weeks before my scheduled puppy pick up date, I was told I would receive breeder contact details as soon as vet paperwork was in; when I didn't receive a call even the day prior to pickup, I called the pickup location myself to arrange pickup time. After I was already home with the puppy (after 5 hours of driving there and back) I received the breeder contact details "to coordinate pickup", which was clearly too late. Henley stunk terribly when we got her and was in desperate need of a bath. Was not expecting that given the cost.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Pawrade did an amazing job talking me through the process, communicating with me, and giving me updates regarding our puppy. Paperwork was simple, and instructions for care of the puppy were clear. I highly recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for a quality puppy.

We will never use this company again and will let everyone we know who is looking for a dog to stay far away from Pawrade. We love our dog, but that is a reflection of the breeder, not Pawrade. Everything went wrong, including our delivery date which was postponed, and there was no communication from Pawrade unless I reached out first. We end up having to pick our dog up ourselves after the truck broke down and no one has yet to reach out to me to see if we ever made it home safely with him.

The puppy is beautiful and she has a lot of spunk in her. There one thing she had a slight odor to her, I had to wipe her down and the delivery of her was really late around 12:45 - 1a.m Other than that she's a keeper!

Pawrade was very helpful during the process, took time to answer many phone calls to help me through the process, transporters didn’t stay in contact as was told, I had to text them only to find out they were running 4 hrs behind, I feel they should have sent me a text to let me know, but Pawtsde was very good service and very helpful, thanks for my new fur babies😁😁❤️
