Dervish (new name HARU) traveled from the mid west to the East Coast. He is beautiful and in perfect health and we already love him. The communication was great from start to finish with lots of stretto details. I was a nervous wreck but pleasantly surprised when this beautiful golden retriever arrived safe and sound.

Every step from beginning to end was smooth. Clear communication, flexibility and most importantly we got our dream puppy, best addition to our family! Thank you :) (My one and only suggestion is that prices on the website should include tax, shipping and all additional costs because they add up!)

I will never recommend pawrade to anyone. Made the best possible experience of having a puppy a nightmare. Lots of back and forths, miscommunication, errors that were never addressed or apologized for. Everything felt like a scam at all points. Asked several times for pictures and videos of my puppy since I has fully paid for her and never received them. They keep information away until they have your money. Worst experience

We had a great experience with Pawrade, the whole process of getting a puppy through a website can be very skeptical, but their customer service helped us out so much and kept us updated about our new fur baby. we'll definitely be coming back to them for our next pet as well

We were searching to get an Australian shepherd puppy and came across Lola (previously named Ginger) online on the pawrade website. She came to our home last week and it was a wonderful and smooth experience through Pawrade. Pawrade helped with any questions, provided initial guidance on puppy care, provides information for a veterinarian health insurance and assists with the transportation. Our puppy came from Missouri all the way to Maryland and she arrived happy and playful and was obviously well cared for. Pawrade connects you with the Breeder once your puppy is with you and before then communicates any possible question you might have with your breeder. We received plenty of pictures of our Lola. The website also shows you the parents and the other siblings of the litter. We had an overall five star experience! Now we are in love with Lola and enjoying every moment with our new member to the family!

The transaction was pretty straight forward and easy, first puppy we picked out ended up not passing her health exam..We got presented a second puppy and we accepted but did have reservations about it. Received puppy and took to vet check within 72 hous dog check out good. We received her on Nov15 it's it now Dec7 and the puppy has fallin very ill with a mass in her intestinal justion over $7000. In emergency already. Wound not recommended Pawrade!

I could not be more satisfied, nor delighted with my experience with Pawrade and the breeders! From my first inquiry when I asked if the breeder might be able to "hold" my puppy until I returned from a preplanned vacation, until the moment Juniper (now Luna) arrived, the communication and service was excellent. I am very glad I chose to have the professionals deliver her. They were also amazing and took great care of Luna in transport and kept me informed along the way. The breeders did a phenomenal job of raising and socializing Luna. She is a curious and confident pup, healthy and full of energy and puppy love! Every question I had was answered and any concern addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend that people looking for a puppy and reputable breeder use Pawrade.

Was a great process only annoying part was with the delivery/transport and it being anytime during the day. Hard to plan time off when the delivery date/time is variable. Other than that it was great!

Our puppy was delivered to us and immediately had a seizure. Within 5 days it had 8 total seizures, including 1 at vet ER. Sadly, he had to put down. The only recourse this company offers is $500 policy, and money back for puppy. They would not help with $1,300 worth of vet bills and $750 travel cost. It is a shame, not only did my 7-year old cry for days, but the fact we could be sold a puppy who was clearly sick. I’m disgusted by this company and their weak policies. They should be ashamed, but my guess is they’re not. But hey they have their polices, that only protect themselves.

The whole process of adopting my Yorkie puppy from Pawrade was a great experience. The customer service was outstanding. They were very responsive to all of my questions and polite & friendly. The delivery it was a very smooth process and lots of communication along the way. Our puppy arrived happy and could tell he had been well cared for could not be happier to welcome our new puppy home and glad we went through Pawrade.
