From the initial purchase of our new puppy till he was delivered, the Pawrade staff was excellent throughout the whole process. The lines of communication were always open and they supplied all of the necessary information plus more about our new puppy. They kept the process simple but informative which was perfect for us. Also delivery of our pup was quick and he arrived happy and healthy. The driver was also very friendly and kept in contact with us as he was getting closer to our location. We are so happy with our new puppy and will recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy of their own!

We are very happy with our new boy. PJ is everything we hoped for it is obvious Sierra, his breeder took very good care of him. He is happy, healthy and well adjusted. Uni did a great job transporting him to us and keeping us informed as the trip progressed. We look forward to many happy years with him.

The process was smooth. I tend to stress out when buying anything expensive so this was no different. I read so many positive and even the negative reviews; trying to make sure I was well informed. A coworkers informed me that they had a family member who was a hobby/limited breeder and sold on platforms just like Pawrade. I can honestly say the only true stress I had was on delivery date due to snow storm causing delay. Pawrade staff were quick to respond to questions or requests. Delivery company was also efficient in their response regarding delivery. Once my pup arrived he was so perfect! I could tell the breeder interacted with him frequently. He was puppy pad trained. He was accustomed to other dogs and loved kids. He instantly snuggled and was not cautious around us. He arrived with records, breeder provided a blanket, toys and food. Overall great experience and extremely happy! We are so in love with our pup!!

ITS BEEN GREAT BUT DUE TO TRANPORT AND WEATHER WE MISS ARE VET APPOINTMENT WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL VET OPENS ON TEUSDAY NOW, so Zeus will see vet 12/3 in the morning. so what with the 15 day thing its not are fault

Communication with pawrade was TERRIBLE. The puppy takes 2+ weeks to get here even though it said it was ready immediately. Once the dog finally arrives, my fiancee and I feed it, take it outside to potty then come back in and give it a couple treats. Once it was finished with one of the treats my fiancee tried to take the remainder away to throw it in the trash, the dog instead snarled and bit her so hard on the hand it not only drew blood but she had to get stitches! Then I tried to pick the dog up to put it in the crate and it snarled and growled and showed its teeth to me so I waited 15min for it to calm down, tried again and this time not only did it snarl but it bit me HARD and drew blood. My other dog tried to play with the new puppy and the new puppy bit him in the neck! It was at this point I asked pawrade to return the dog. Now pawrade is refusing to give me any refund at all and outright blames me for the dog biting both of us. BEWARE

Fantastic experience beginning to end. We could not be more pleased with every step of the process in finding, purchasing and getting our puppy home. Mi initial contact was with Amber who was not only friendly and patiently answered all me questions, but also extremely professional and made sure I understood the entire process. The follow up with others, including Emily Wood, Reagean Simmons and the drivers, Greg and Josh was timely and excellent. We were aware of what to expect and our expectations were not only met but exceeded. The Breeder also needs to be complimented for raising a loving, sweet and well-adjusted puppy. The transition to our home has been almost seamless. Our puppy's arrival on Thanksgiving day was fortuitous and gave us one more blessing to be thankful for. Your entire team has been amazing starting with day one today today Delivery , which was last night at 1 o’clock in the morning. The care and understanding that your team provided for me was nothing more than wonderful. The concierge group were understanding, patient and knowledgeable. The care coming from the breeder to the veterinary staff that work with you were excellent. Winston arrived very excited and cute as all get out. We are on our way for his first veterinary check up tomorrow morning, which I’m sure he will pass with flying colors. Thank you again was truly a pleasure doing business with you. I have already begun to let many people know on the Mainline where I’m getting this amazing little.
