I did have a problem with Tasha but Amber fixed it for me. Plus Tasha recorded my phone call without notice. But after it is all over everything worked out in the end.

We are very excited about our new puppy! Pawrade did a great job vetting the breeders and keeping in contact with us about any questions we had. I also like how much they required of us and the vetting of us to make sure we were getting a puppy for all the right reasons. The only reason that I gave 4 stars was just because of the way all the information is given in text format on the app. It was a little overwhelming and a little confusing. Maybe numbering the steps and including a link to an example of the document you are referring to would help. I am pretty tech savvy but just felt like I had to keep scrolling back and looking through every exchange and search to find out what to do next. I think providing an email that has the subject line be specific would have helped just to be able to reference, print and be able to check items off. Other than that, it was a really nice process and I would recommend using it.

Our puppy is adorable! He came to us healthy and much more handsome than his pictures. Communication lacked during the travel process. It was disappointing because it's the main reason we used Pawrade. We felt we had to stay on top of things and then got no response (text or phone) from our person. It was only when we requested another travel concierge that we got things moving forward. Overall, it was not a smooth experience.

Fairly easy, not a fan of third party having to set up conversations between breeder & buyer. Due to random questions. Seems like a lot of extra time back & forth wasted. Other than that pretty easy.
I want to thank everyone for helping me get my new puppy! The breeder should be very proud of their puppies! This puppy is curious, very smart and very loving! He has brought me a great deal of happiness 😊 Thanks again for all your help! I love this little man!

My puppy Fatima, a Dachshund, is beautiful, very active and healthy. The transport from OKC to Jacksonville with Megan was excellent. Great communications the whole trip...Highly Recommended!! In overall Excellent experience...!!!!

Pupp my cane with invalid vet papers, never was contacted by transport, puppy arrived to me with worms and a tick that was filled with blood. Received photos after texting transport of someone holding the dog in a room, never get called back so many discrepancies. So upset. Spent so much money on such an unreliable website.

Everything was okay until transport he was completely covered in feces almost stuck all to his butt and fur he was caged in with 10 other puppies it wasn't the pampered puppy ride that you guys said it was a traumatic trip for him and I am very unhappy the breeder left a starter kit for us which they forgot to give us so the dog my dog has to quickly transfer over to the specific meal that he was eating for the next few days to transition but that couldn't happen because you're supposed beautiful transporting department decided that they didn't know or they didn't want to give the stuff that the breeder promise so no I am not okay this is not okay and I am not happy I spent way too much money for him to come here looking the way that he did and it is a shame that you lied to me and you're lying to your potential future customers excuse any errors in spelling as this is me talking in auto text because I'm upset. Point blank period! 😞

My looked healthy and well taken care of when i first was handed her. She had so much energy and was excited to see me, even though it was raining. The drivers and everyone involved are super helpful and quick with there response time, i was kept up to date on everything. I even got to meet one of the siblings family she went home to, and we also wanna set up play dates to keep both pups together and visit each other from time to time......i cannot be anymore happy with the lil ball of joy i have with me forever. THANK YOU

She kept me up to date with travels and took great care of my little guy. He was so attached to her and even watched the van drive away sadly when she left.

The entire process was so easy from finding the perfect puppy purchasing getting travel and then having him delivered. We were expecting him next Saturday, but got him last night and we are so happy! He is so alert and has already peed and pooped!
