We have had a wonderful first weekend with our new Corgi puppy. Abby arrived via air transport. American Airlines was easy to interact with and Abby arrives in great shape. She has adjusted quickly. She eats well, sleeps through the night and is very playful. Thank you so much for making this an easy process, for clear communication, and an overall great experience.

The ONLY reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that whenever I asked a question or sent an email or made a phone call, no one answered the email, no one answered the questions on the portal and very rarely could I get anyone to answer the phone or call me back when leaving a voice mail. Communications needs a lot work. I never heard when my puppy went through her vet visit and I had to call to confirm my plans to fly to Indiana and pick her up. Other than that, I am thrilled with my new baby girl. Thank you.

The transition went ok Elijah was dropped off early Saturday morning was bathed immediately after being delivered but as the day went along we noticed a slight limp we are taking him to veterinary for a wellness check and see if there’s any issues. Thank you for a lovely puppy.

Kohen (Teddy) is an awesome boy! The kids are loving him and we (the parents) love him too! He is getting used to our daily routines and making himself at home. He did come back Giardia positive, so I am in the process of treating him for that. Otherwise, great experience with purchasing. I noticed there is now a $100 discount for travel Costs, so I am a little sad I missed that discount.

I really appreciate Pawrade's process to place puppies in good homes. The materials and checklists were extremely valuable. One issue: Giovanni came with a wound on his nose. It's not mentioned in the veterinary inspection nor the PetPay veterinary health report. I suspect that he may have received it from another dog in the van. I will upload photo in the portal since there is no way to upload from this page.

It was really a great experience! My puppy came healthy and clean, she was calm and comfortable with the transporters who were friendly and professional as were everyone I spoke with from Pawrade.

The transaction has been well supported every step of the way. As a first-time dog owner, I start to appreciate the nuances and hard work required to care for a puppy. Pawrade staff’s patience and care made my worries eased off. The New Puppy Guide is extremely helpful. As such, I got fully prepared on all the necessary gear and helpful products well in advance of receiving the furry friend. Despite an eventful long-day flight diversion and 3-hour delay, the puppy arrived in good shape. She is also adjusting to the new home very well because of the tips offered by Pawrade staff and their training materials. Thank you.
