We had the best service from beginning to end. We are the proud fur baby parents to a handsome little boy Yorkie who we have renamed Chase and his sister, a beautiful little girl who now has been renamed Misty. They are both energetic, loving fur babies. Thank each of you that helped us regret our fur babies. We have fallen in love with them. They are a little spoiled. They are sweet. Good evening myself, and Maria Tirado are very happy with the little bundle of joy we received Jesse. He has made a dramatic change in our lives and added more love and hope to make him a very happy baby. I wish to pay compliments to one particular person who went out of a way to make everything work and come together for us, Samantha to whom it may concern Samantha is an asset to the company because when something needed to be answered, she was quick to resolve the issue or the questions that needed to be answered. Wonderful, helpful people all along the process. The only thing they can work on is communicating the delivery info. We were told she would be picked up on Day X. When I asked if she had been picked up because I heard nothing, I was told to wait - the transportation people would contact me. I'm thinking they should have known at this time that she was not picked up. I waited until next day - still didn't hear anything - so I called. They reached out to transport people - who had just picked her up that morning. I asked them to have the transport people contact me. They did and I spoke to a very helpful person at the main office. That was the only glitch. The whole process was very smooth. We now have our puppy and are totally smitten with her. The breeder did a wonderful job with starting potty training. The transport people did a great job with her on the road. We are very satisfied.

Duke is an adorable, loving and sweet little puppy. According to the Breeder, Duke was trained or being trained to use a peepee pad. Duke is hit or miss with the pad and won't go when outdoors. It was a big mistake to transport Duke by car. Three days in a crate is now making crate training challenging. We should have flown Duke here. I would have liked to know more about his environment at the breeders, in order to understand some of Duke's behavior. I do like the Pawrade setup with the Concierge and Lois who helped a great deal. I have referred Pawrade to our son who is looking for a new dog.

The process was all fairly easy. They are very thorough with information so it’s a little overwhelming. But better to know too much than too little I suppose. The pup was delivered at 5:45 am which was uncomfortably early, but because of the drop off schedule they bring the pup day or night. Which if you are trying to get your puppy asap for a gift or something is great, but if you’re not in a rush it’s jarring to wake up in the dark to two guys and a puppy at your door, even when you know they could show up at any time. 🤣

I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken for the safety of buyer and seller. The price of the dog and the shipping costs were a little too high and that might deter some buyers. But I also got an AKC dog. He has a skin condition I have to contend with that the breeder did not mention when she was here to deliver him. all in all a good experience.

Hope came healthy… 4 days by ground transport - I would have done flight if I had known it would be a full 4 days due to location etc. no estimation of time was given just that 4 days was the max time it can take . Pawrade did great though and were attentive and helpful.
