Everything was perfect!!! They kept me well informed through whole process, answered all my questions promptly, and puppy (beagle) came healthy, happy, playful, just a total joy!!!!

Where to begin? Sales person told me breeder agreed to price of $1750. By the time I checked out, their add-on fees/taxes, it was $1980. Then I was told the $750 delivery fee would be due much later. I assumed that meant on day of pickup. Instead, it was 2 days later, 8 days before pickup; 11 before delivery. After I had paid, I was asked to sign an agreement stating that the pup had malocclusion of the lower jaw, and said it was not serious. I reluctantly agreed. The listing said the pup was registered ICA; it was not. I had to pay to register the dog myself.Was told the pup would ship out on 11/11. No one could inform me whether or not the pup had been picked up until 7:30 PM that day. It was unconscionable that nobody called me despite my numerous outreach to find out whether or not the pickup was actually going to occur. Scary driver came at night and tried to enter at back door. Pup is traumatized and squirrely after 53 hour trip.No eye contact, retreats in fear when approached.

We absolutely love him & the process was smooth sailing every step of the way. We bought a Toy Yorkshire Terrier and he’s adorable. All the representatives were extremely helpful. Our puppy arrived on time from his flight in a carrier with all his papers, vet documentation, pet registry paperwork, and dog food. We absolutely recommend Pawrade, thanks again for our new furry!

First i want to thank you (pawrade) for all the support in getting our new baby home safely. It was longer than expected but to get her to our home but it was definitely worth the wait, she is perfect. My Yorkie is taking some time to get use to her but she is coming along.
