Luv my new little pup, named her Poppy. Very sweet but also very shy. The customer service was great although I would prefer one or two reps handling my case. Most things handled on website chat but I would prefer my own email or text but definitely got almost everything I asked answered fairly quick . Working on potty training now☺️

Our new puppy is doing great. The process of adopting our puppy was very easy. The personal attention we received when we had questions was old school talking to a human being. Pickup from the breeder was simple. She's healthy, happy, loving, smart, beautiful, etc.

They showed up at 1:00 am I only got the medical sheet I want the AKC papers that tell about her parents and her. Isn't that why I paid so much money for her I line her but want more documentation
Overall I am very pleased with my transactions with Pawrade. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because I would have liked more information on the breeder and history.
Pawrase was wonderful to work with. They held our hand every step of the way as we waited for our new bundle of joy to arrive and join our family. Thank you so much Pawrade and thank you so much to the puppy wagon for delivering our baby. From Oklahoma to Oregon, he arrived in good spirits and full of fun

Our pup came to us in a healthy condition and mostly clean and fresh. I can't say I would recommend the delivery option. The drivers did a fine job and were professional. But, we've paid to have a pet relocated before for about the same cost and it was a singular direct delivery with photo updates every couple of hours. I understand that you are doing deliveries at scale, but a three day journey that arrives at 345 am is kind of crummy. The pushing of the metlife insurance is also a negative. No one wants to be forced into a high pressure call with a sales rep who blabbers on and on and on giving you arbitrary numbers and figures. Just give a link to activate the 30 days and they can upsell you there on your own time. Be prepared to tell the rep you don't have time to listen to them currently. Pawrade was pleasure to deal with. I can't say I'm a huge fan of the messaging system. The upload quality of some of the photos were pretty poor. But, overall a good experience. Thank you.

We are absolutely in love with our puppy!! We named him Charlie and he is an absolute lovebug. Pawrade had phenomenal customer service and was beyond professional. They answered all of our questions promptly and made the process super smooth. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
