The pickup arrangements regarding the date was delayed and cost me a round trip ticket due to the breeder not being able to make veterinarian appointment in a timely manner. Not only did I spend several thousands for this service but I also wasted money on my international flight plus trip expenses. The puppy is exceptional, smart, beautiful and totally in love with her!

🌟Cynthia🌟 was phenomenal to deal with but once things were out of her hands it was frustrating trying to get replies from others along the process. I even resorted to contacting Cynthia back who tried her best to help even though our file was out of her hands. Frustrating beyond he*l trying to use Klarna. That was an absolute disaster and we ended up paying in full when we preferred to break it up into a few payments. Super disappointed! I don’t know whose fault it was that the delivery address was not clear to Wags on Wheels, which caused a small delay. And lastly, it appears our puppy contracted an URI which is assumed to be due to exposure to 28 other puppies in the Wags on Wheels van.

Our experience with Pawarde was so seamless! They helped us find the right puppy and answered all of our questions. I felt comfortable buying our puppy because of the transparency of the process. They let us know what to expect every step of the way, and the same reps helped me every time; we weren't bounced around to multiple customer service reps. They even helped us set up a Zoom call with the owner. The delivery company was great, too. He arrived calm and well-fed. I would highly recommend them!

Our experience with pawrade was amazing!!! With all these different scams out there, I was very skeptical about purchasing a dog online however, paul Ray walked me through every step of the way was very communicative with me and delivered the puppy right to my front door!! WOW pictures did not do her justice!!! Dont get me wrong she was beautiful and exactly the way i had a dachshund in my head from my next door neighbors dachshund but when she came out of her travel create she was even more beautiful when an amazing fur… she’s getting to know use and loosening up THANK YOU PAWRADE!!!

I love my new puppy. The process to purchase and receive him worked well. I was pleased with the delivery service. I received my puppy at 3am 13 days after I submitted the payment. After fees and delivery I paid $1300 more than the advertised puppy price. There were some inconsistencies with the information from the breeder in Missouri, which makes me concerned she might not be trustworthy. My veterinarian told me that Missouri is notorious for puppy mills, which is part of why he was suspicious. The vaccine record from the breeder shows the first set was given at 4 weeks of age, which is unusual but not unheard of. Also, the record indicates that another set was "Given" on 11/11/24, but I already received my puppy on 11/7/24, so that is obviously not true. Finally, the brand of puppy kibble that I was told to buy did not match the ziplock bag of food that I received with the puppy. I recommend asking your local veterinarian about trusted local breeders instead of using this website.

I am very happy with my new puppy. However, process was cumbersome and rather complex. I never got straight answers about possible full grown size of my puppy. I also asked for birth certificate and never got it. The pick up process is weird and it was not properly explained. I have seen other online puppy pages that provide faster answers and the process is easier and more clear. Overall had an just ok experience with Pawrade.

I can’ t say enough good things about Pawrade, the information that they gave me about Riley and the procedure in getting her to my home was invaluable. She filled a void and I can’t be happier with my purchase and the delivery. The breeder also reached out to me 24 hours after she arrived, checking on her and making sure she had done well in the transition.
