The whole process of adopting my Yorkie puppy from Pawrade was a great experience. The customer service was outstanding. They were very responsive to all of my questions and polite & friendly. The delivery it was a very smooth process and lots of communication along the way. Our puppy arrived happy and could tell he had been well cared for could not be happier to welcome our new puppy home and glad we went through Pawrade.

Novella came to us at 5 months old and had never been groomed, so the fur was all in her eyes, and her nails were really long. Also, when I brought her to the vet, she has a hernia and a double ear infection.

Seamless. Great communication and concierge support along the way. All the customer has to do is read (and follow) written instructions that are provided and there’s no issues. Puppy Wagon was great.

Pawrade has been fantastic. Love the attention to detail and communication. The delivery service was professional beyond expectations. Our vet was so pleased with the health and care of the pup. The only confusion I have not been able to sort out is after submitting vet documents to Petpay, they said I have to now submit policy number to Met Life. I have no record of Policy Number.

Both the pair , brother and sister. Couldn’t separate the last two in liter. They are a ball of energy and adapting well to new surroundings. Will take a little work on teaching them the cats are not toys. Thank you Pawrade for all your help. Got them quicker than expected.

This was a fantastic experience. Tamara which is now Maggie Grace, is doing wonderful. After only having her this short amount of time she is doing excellent with potty training. Hard to believe but only 1 accident. She knows, sit, potty, out of the kitchen. She has 2 cats and another dog sibling, and they are doing good getting to know each other. I love her so. Definitely a mama's girl. She sleeps with us, And she absolutely loves cuddles and laying on me. Thank you so much for helping me get my furry baby girl. We are so blessed. Andrea S.

I love my dog. Just a few suggestions. She showed up at 230 a.m. because the courier was running late. She had no collar and came with absolutely nothing. No travel blanket or stuffed animal to comfort her. 4 days seems a long time to just have her in a crate without comfortable, familiar items. Having the ability to be prepared for similar potty training techniques was also not the best. I don’t believe that I have received her vaccination records from Pawrade. I had to get them from the breeder. Nor was there any microchip information (because she wasn’t microchipped, as promised). Breeder reimbursed me $75 for this.

Working with Pawrade was very easy. I was able to record and save every text message and any information about my new puppy. She came on the day and The Time as promised with a small detour. I could not leave my job as I take care of a 100-year-old lady so they brought Josie to my place of work. Which I deeply appreciated. This puppy is already loved and will be for her entire life! Thank you Pawrade for a smooth and easy transition. Her travel caregivers did a very good job with her she was well fed, clean and very happy.

Hi. We LOVE Sammy. He's an amazing little guy. We wish there had been more transparency with the breeder before we took him. This would have alleviated the stress of adopting someone we'd never met. Also upon our first vet visit, the doctor was shocked and saddened that Sammy had been so heavily vaccinated at such a young age. She says breeders do this so they can move the puppies out while they're still young, and it's a questionable practice. Those are our only complaints in what was a huge, scary leap of faith. But we got so lucky with him. He's smart, healthy, and so full of it. We adore him. Thank you, Beth Thank you, Beth

Overall great experience! The staff at Pawrade returned calls and messages very promptly and kept us up to date on the arrival of our new family member. Very helpful with the travel plans and we couldn't have been happier with the courier that delivered our puppy. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone in the market for a puppy.

Baird is my second mini dachshund from Parade, so I know how great the experience can be, and where it fell to meet expectations this time in two ways. First, the pics the first time of Rory at 3 months were Rory exactly when he arrived. The pics of Baird, who arrived at 18 weeks, were as different as puppy smooth, 18 weeks long hair. Second, the delivery van likely hit snow during the trip. I was told Monday delivery, he arrived on Monday, but the dispatcher between the driving crew, and me didn't hear me keep asking for Monday confirmation. I didn't need the hour. I needed the day. Obviously it worked out. In fact today, I made sure that the service guy at the car dealership, who was a dachshund fan, knew to check out Parade, and mention my name.

I bless the day I found Pawrade!!! My husband and I are older and so wanted an Italian Greyhound again after our last one passed ten years ago. And then I saw Luke on the Pawrade site and he was seven months old and had been crate trained potty trained and socialized. All the things we knew we just couldn't go through again with a young puppy. All the transactions with the folks at Pawrade were so simple. They brought him half way across the country right to our door and we absolutely love him!! I highly recommend Pawrade for any breed of puppy at any age you're looking for.
