I have to be honest, I read a lot of negative reviews about Pawrade which made me worry the whole time we were waiting for our new Boxer puppy. I have to say it was worth the worry and not giving up on them. We picked up our precious little boxer baby girl and we couldn’t be happier!!! She is healthy and very happy and so are we!! Don’t always Believe what you read!!

We got our Frenchton Darcy(renamed Frieda) last week through Pawrade. Great communication during purchase process needing to log on to another site. Appreciate health guarantee and insurance but a lot of paperwork. Also no direct contact with breeder which I wish I had asked a few more questions. That being said, we travelled to Michigan to pick her up and were able to speak to breeder then. We are in love with this Pup and know she is healthy and fun

I am very impressed with that process of purchasing a puppy through Pawrade. everyone I spoke with during the process was so helpful and friendly. I am also very impressed with the delivery people, even though they arrive in the middle of the night. It was an awesome experience. I don’t envy them with all the traveling they do and being on the road 24 hours a day. They are excellent to work with

My review is mixed. Most of the people I worked with at Pawrade were great. There was some back and forth though around getting any information on the pick up of the puppy. It seemed like a bit of a crazy process with a 2-4 day window. It makes it very difficult to plan for and I think it would make it a little bit easier if we at least could be told when the puppy is picked up from the breeder. Also, the puppy was delayed in coming to us because it had giardia and then was apparently cleared a few days later. When the puppy got to us, we immediately took it to the vet and they said she had giardia still and this was only a couple days later. I don't know if the right course of treatment was originally given for the giardia. At the end, the puppy did come and we are taking care of the giardia situation currently.

When I first ventured into looking for a puppy, I was a little overwhelmed until I came across Pawrade. I didn’t think I would proceed with an online service, but I am extremely thankful I did. I spent several weeks looking at various breeds and trying to get a vibe for what the service was. Once we decided on a puppy, everything went really smooth! The communication was wonderful, I received updated photos of our puppy before she left the breeder, and we elected to have her ground transported from Arkansas to Nevada. The transportation service was top-notch and when we got our puppy, she was well taken care of and I have no concerns at all. We did receive her in the middle of the night, so it was a long night for us, but we are so grateful to have our little girl. She got a clean bill of health from the vet and the paperwork that came with her was clear. If anyone is on the fence about using the service, please know that our experience was wonderful, and I highly recommended!

Everything went well as per the purchase of our new puppy. I received a lot of information and it was all very helpful. All the transactions went well too. Only two things stand out as perhaps possible issues. One was that we were not informed that every time a financial transaction took place, we would incur a $70.00 fee. We had garnered $50 off the purchase price and saved another $200.00 from a special Pawrade was running. But, all of that was absorbed by being charged $70 per transaction as there were three. One for the downpayment, one for the transportation, and one for the final payment. Had we known about the service fee for every transaction, we might have paid in full. The second item was the health evaluation. The dog was supposed to have been fully evaluated before being sent. When I took her to the vet within 72 hours as per the Health Guarantee, her stool sample came back positive for the parasite, Giardia. I would think this should have shown up on the initial evaluation

My disappointment was with the transport operation. Evidently, they only go to Wisconsin (which was my breeders location) every two weeks. I was not informed of that when I made my selection. My dog tested positive for giardia the day before transport. So her delivery was delayed 2 weeks. She finally tested negative the day before the second transport was arranged, I was told. When I took her to the 72 hour vet visit, she still tested positive and had to be retreated. So NO, I would not use Pawrade again or recommend Pawrade to others.

What a character. She transition like we were her first family. She is very happy, busy and playful. My other dog and her are slowly getting to know each other. She loves to play ball ( which is bigger than her mouth. She likes having both mom and dad together. Kudos to the couple that trained h er. She is potty pad perfectly trained. ☺️ We LOVE her.
