Such an excellent experience, was very skeptical on How it would work but would Do it again, our perfect Puppy was hand delivered to us and we were able to Watch her journey to us the whole time. Very secure process.

This company is legit!!! Our daughter’s precious dog was brutally killed by 3 other large dogs, he was only 7 pounds. We found Pawrade online and were skeptical. I was so worried about it being too good to be true, but I’m so glad we continued with this process. This company was nothing but phenomenal during this process. I asked for a FaceTime video so we could see the puppy my daughter picked and they did, we asked for several pictures throughout the process and they did. They reassured me at every turn and I couldn’t be more impressed with this company! If you are on the fence, please trust this company and you will be so happy!!! Thank you to Pawrade for helping get our daughter’s smile back!!!!

Our little girls we received is amazing. She has adjusted to her home and is loving playing with her two sisters. The communication with Pawrade and the representative was fantastic. This is the second puppy we have purchased through Pawrade. All of the paperwork was completed, and confirmations were done right away. The only part was that I was not quite sure when she was going to be delivered as the driver forgot to contact me. We were able to get in touch and get everything figured out so I was home when she arrived.

The whole process was very easy. I was sent up dates and what I needed to do.Everyone answered all my questions. Luna(Lakyn), is a beautiful little girl. She took my other schnauzer right. Both of them have worn there selves out. If you want a puppy, Pawrade is the place to go through.

This was a new experience. And all in all it went really well. The delivery guy I think his name is Tyler did a great job. And guess checked out perfectly at the vet. I only had one tick on him. He’s a great puppy.

While this was an in depth process, it was very rewarding. You can tell how much they care about the puppies and getting good families for them. I also felt very confident we were getting a healthy puppy which was so important to us. Thank you Pawrade.

Very disappointed with this service - or lack thereof!! The buying part was flawless!! The customer service was awesome! That's where it ended! After receiving this sweet boy, I firmly believe that this was if not a puppy mill situation, pretty darn close! We took him to his vet and she told us that she was a little concerned that the breeder vaccinated him every two weeks! That's not what is required - and potentially could have injured him. Also found out that he has an ear infection (which should have been treated by the breeder as I've only had him six days). The vet also said that he had a little patellar luxation which was not disclosed from the "vet" that he saw before travel. Also he has some type of infection from "being around other dogs" - so now he's on 2 types of antibiotics and Otomax which can cause deafness!! I would NEVER purchase another puppy from these people - but in particular the breeder who I purchased this little guy from.
Puppy was sent to wrong location. Instead of our home the pup was sent to our condo in Florida. I sent clear and specific instructions about dates and addresses for shipment. Someone dropped the ball!!!
After spending several weeks researching breeders and puppy marketplaces, I decided to work with Pawrade to bring home my Saint Berdoodle puppy, Koda, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, the communication was excellent. The Pawrade team kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered my questions promptly, and provided updates regarding health records, travel arrangements, and veterinary examinations. I especially appreciated the transparency regarding the pre-travel veterinary evaluation and the detailed documentation provided. The transportation process was well coordinated, and Koda arrived healthy, happy, and exactly as described. I was able to review his vaccination records, veterinary health report, and travel information, which gave me confidence throughout the process.
The entire process of getting Kurt went very well. He is changing my life for the better. I am no longer bored or lonely anymore. He is a character full of surprises daily! And he is so adorable that people have to come and meet us as soon as they see him. I finally have met some of neighbors for the first time. He is changing my life socially and in many other ways!

Very disappointed with service. Breeder was inconsiderate of the buyer's time & did not compromise on puppy pickup, then she TRIED to request MORE MONEY for another vet visit!! Pawrade initially told me pup could arrive ANYTIME- even 2 a.m...what??? I demanded better ETA or would cancel the purchase! Pup arrived from breeder with only a sandwich bag of food & paperwork; NO COLLAR, NO LEASH, NO TOYS, NO BLANKET...All that money and no amenities with the dog. I will never purchase with breeder or Pawrade again.
Natalie was delivered and after her bath she is napping. She is a sweet baby. I want to let you know that she was scratching her left side near her ear. She has a sore on her head near her ear. She has an appointment on Friday but I thought I should mention this to you. I took a photo but I can’t paste it from my photos. Other than that she is doing good. Cathy Fawver
