You guys were GREAT and very helpful!! Highly recommend. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was because of the miscommunication in location, the website said 69 miles from me, after I purchased him I found out he was 140 miles which was a big deciding factor for me. I made it work, but that wasn't ideal. Otherwise, we have a perfect fur-baby we are so in love with!

I couldn't be happier from start to the time my puppy was delivered...true professionals all the way.!! I Highly recommend Pawrade this is the only way to go!! Also pussel pieces delivery service was fantastic kept intouch throughout the hole trip until my puppy was delivered!!! I couldn't of asked for better service!! We just adopted our second dog from Pawrade and it was even better the second time. They are a company that truly cares about the well-being of the pups. They are great communicators and we had a wonderful experience.

Very transparent, willing to answer any questions made the process very simple. My only complaint was I was impatient and it took a little while to get my puppy, but it was well worth the way. He is a wonderful dog and very excited. Definitely recommend going through these people, they’re legitimate.

PERFECT experience! Everything went extremely smooth and according to schedule! No issues what's so ever. I had been shopping other services and the breeders were waaaay to controlling trying to "match you with the right dog"... Annoying. Pawrade let me choose. I couldn't be happier with the pup I adopted. He's perfect. All medical records were transferred. Transport from Missouri to Arizona was two days. Received my pup at 2 AM on my birthday.

Pawrade is a very professional platform. I had never bought a puppy online before so I was skeptical. Pawrade made the process easy and informative. My puppy, arrived at my doorstep (from 2 states away) very clean and well taken care of, up to date on shots and meds. She saw the vet and received a clean bill of health! We are so excited to have her and she already has our hearts!

Our new puppy has been wonderful since we received her last year. Delivery was great. She is healthy and happy.
My only issue is the vaccines. No one can tell me what she should have had to be considered fully vaccinated and I do not believe we received the full panel per the vet and training facilities. The transaction went smoothly, Lacie as she is names now, is doing amazing. She is perfect for us and we love her so much already! She will always be treated like the princess she is!!!

The overall experience was positive. I did experience some anxiety because this was the first puppy I have “bought” and read so many horror stories about puppy mills and bad practices. I shared this with Donna, my buyers liason, and she was wonderful in easing my concerns and going above and beyond in providing answers, pictures and support. I am thrilled with my puppy and loved getting to meet the family who cared for her.
The process to adopt our puppy was very easy and our questions were answered in a timely manner. Getting our pup was a bit delayed due to the Christmas holiday, and the transport from the breeder to us took from Saturday evening to Tuesday morning. Our pup was stressed from the long time traveling. She is settling in nicely now though.
