We love our little puppy. Pawrade was great-so involved and accessible. Really appreciated how easy it was to make contact. Our Bischpoo is even more cute than expected. She is healthy and has the sweetest personality. I have recommended Pawrade to our friends.

Everyone involved from the breeder to the transport team were great and answered any questions that I had quickly. The transport team was great! Every 5 to 10 hours, they were in constant contact with me. They also sent me pictures of my puppy, confirming that she was handling the trip great. As they got closer, the contact was every couple of hours. Then they let me know when they were an hour out. I would highly recommend this process of getting your new puppy.
Pawrade was very thorough. Every one we communicated with was very nice.

Effortless transaction start to finish. Communication was concise and timely. Phone conversations were polite and encouraging. Hannah, Tara, Shannon and Donna were more than helpful. Puppy traveled by air and arrived in excellent health. All registration documents and health records were received. I will purchase again through Pawrade and recommend others do so as well. The staff was very professional, answered all questions promptly and informative. The pick up with the breeder was excellent!
Excellent experience with great communication throughout the process.
Everything was great initially (5 star). Then we were being pushed to take our new baby to an un trusted vet to meet a time requirement rather than 1 extra day to go to our very trusted vet that has taken care of all of our babies. Luckily our vet made arrangements to open early on a holiday weekend when they were not going to be open just to meet the requirement. Then we received different instructions depending on who was messaging causing duplication of time and efforts. Told to upload to the portal message, completed them in the same message portal with the requested different a request to fax the same documents. 8 text messages and 6 emails per day is very off putting especially when it is sales or “here are more puppies” when we just got our new baby less than a week ago.

The entire process with your company went super well. I was so impressed with the step by step guidance, and with so many people reaching out. The travel process was entertaining watching the drivers go from state to state. They took great care of my pup. We are SUPER in love with our Cocker SPaniel. Thanks so much! Comparing your company to others, it was painless, so much less stressful, fair and efficient. Hats off for such a great job!!!

Chris is everything they said he was. Exact dog we picked. Communication was great, seller and Pawrade were both flexible as we had to change from pick up to delivery bc the Memorial day holiday. He is sweet, very clean, and simply a joy to have. You guys helped make our family dream pet a reality.

This adoption has been a wonderful experience. Even though I had some reservations of being scammed, I can honestly say it has been a smooth transaction. I originally ran into some communication problems with the staff regarding the adoption of our little one, however, their supervisor called me and worked things out and was absolutely wonderful about all. I very much appreciated him taking the time and to explain things to me thoroughly and we now have the most precious little puppy girl ever.
They are reliable, and the delivery was fast. I recommend them 100%.
