Everyone I interacted with was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. The whole process was so seamless and any questions I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly. The delivery service was fantastic too (excellent communication, and the people were so kind and clearly cared about the dogs being comfortable and making their journey as good as possible).

I was asking for communication with the breeder but they never spoke with me. When I get an email from Pawrade they didn't answer my questions about food and things they say I should buy but it does not exist. So let me know alternatives .Next email was from a different person. And then next time the email came from a different person.! 2 weeks of waiting for the dog and I received no interaction with breeder or answers to basic questions. .They send a blanket message and tell me to buy expensive dog food so I don't change her diet but when she arrives they give me food that she's eating and it is not what they told me to buy..Then it goes to Pawpay and different people. Then,guess what. New people that deliver the dog.I ask them to let me know when they are coming because it can be middle of the night. They told me half hour before they arrive is all they will do.Then..5 minutes up the road at 5:00 I get a message .No tip for them when I really wanted to be happy getting my puppy.

This is a first for me - adopting a pet online, sight unseen (aside from a few puppy pictures). I was very skeptical, and wary, but the TrustPilot ratings helped get me over my hesitation. My experience with Pawrade was absolutely Pawsome! Communication was wonderful, every step of the way. And when I changed my mind about how I wanted my puppy transported, they took care of switching the arrangements, no questions asked. From the day that I reserved the puppy, until she arrived at our house, took just a week. The Pampered Ground delivery was well worth the cost, and the drivers were very pleasant to deal with, providing updates along the way. I would absolutely recommend Pawrade, and would definitely use them again, should the need or desire occur.

Communication with Pawrade could stand to be improved. It was difficult, at times, to get through to someone on the phone and, when I left a message to get a call back, most of the time no one called me back. Otherwise, my experience with Pawrade was positive.
