My experience has been good, and my new puppy is a Love bug! We are working on potty training; I don't think she has had much. The meeting to pick her up went smoothly and the breeder was very pleasant. I have renamed her to Maddie, and she has an appointment with my Vet on Thursday.

This was an exceptional experience for me. I was in constant communication with the staff. Transport took 2 days and my puppy arrived clean and in a wonderful state of mind. She is interacting and she has a very healthy appetite! I highly recommend Pawrade.

We recently brought home our new beagle puppy, Gabriel, from Pawrade, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The process was smooth from start to finish, with the team keeping us updated every step of the way. Lucinda is a beautiful little " fur baby" girl who's full of energy. She is super intelligent and a fast learner. Her first bath after arrival she took like she has had baths all her little life! My Ragdoll cat totally adores her! Thanks Pawrade for helping me find this little Star!!!
Great experience from start to finish
Absolutely wonderful service from Pawrade. My little one arrived safe and sound, in good health, and with all his paperwork. I would definitely recommend Pawrade. Their customer service was outstanding. They answered every question I had and were very thorough on giving information for a first time dog momma. I will absolutely be using this service again.
I was a little nervous about adopting a puppy but I cannot say enough good things about Pawrade. They helped me through the process and we have a very precious toy poodle named Abby. She will be with us 1 week tomorrow and I cannot tell you how happy we are with her and the care and time that Pawrade took with us. The delivery was also exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about Pawrade and Wags on Wheels. Everyone was exceptional. Thank you for our little precious Abby.

Overall the experience was very good; however the only thing which i was disappointed with is the travel journey. I was reassured multiple times that having the puppy fly American airlines with a 4 hr connection would be fine as the airlines take really good care of him & will make sure he has food/water & can go to the bathroom during the connection. Well, none of that happened - the puppy was dropped off at 5:10 am yesterday in Indianapolis airport for a 7:30 am flight to Philly, landed in Philly around 9:20 am and departed Philly for Orlando at 1:50 pm - we got him around 5:30pm from the AA cargo office. The crate had ties on on it & the airline said, yes they do that at the starting location so that nobody can get into the crate as it is a security thing so that the puppy doesn't get out. Then i asked if they would have given him food or water & they said, oh no, we don't give anything to the animals for liability purposes - we just take them on & off the plane.

Process was easy and fast for having to have him delivered from out of state. Was told it would take 2-4 days for him to arrive once he departed but he was here within 24 hours of his departure
I'm excited to share this new journey with my fur baby. The bundle of joy that will be around new family members and build a strong relationship. I'm very happy to come across Pawrade and being able to trust into receiving a puppy and always be in communication whenever there's a question or doubts. To more adventures to come along with our new member to the family.

He arrived on time at San Diego Airport and has settled in our home after a long nap. I would like to Thank Cindy for such a smooth sale and transport. I was not expecting such exceptional service. I was kept informed of his progress frequently. He is such a sweetheart I wish I had purchased one of his siblings. Thank you so much for delivering this bundle of fur to me.
