It was nice but once I had paid I would like to have had access to the breeder. Too many questions at the end when I was getting the puppy delivered. The breeder felt the same way that I did.

Dealing with your company was nothing but a pleasurable.Experience from start to finish. You were attentive and always there to answer my questions. I loved that I was able to follow my puppy through life three sixty and they texted me every mile of the way. Bella has filled a void in my heart that I didn't think would ever be replaced when my sweet princess died, But she is the love of my life. Thank you again.And I will highly recommend you.

The online experience was good. Communication was good through Pawrade. I was very nervous about buying a puppy online, but so far so good. She just arrive this morning. Delivery was a bit wonky. I wish I could have picked the time window and day of arrival, but glad she arrived safe. Communication from delivery team could have been better. I had to be the one reaching out. Otherwise I am happy and just hoping her health remains good. Off to the vet tomorrow. Thanks for our baby, Pawrade.

Thank you for a very healthy baby boy. Just got back from taking him to my local vet and he got a 100%. The process was smooth in communication and location. We're very pleased with our family addition . The process was very detailed, with our Rep providing instructions and expectations. We were kept in the loop. There weren't any surprises and our beautiful Lexi, aka Carolyn, arrived healthy.

I was scammed the first time I tried to buy a puppy so buying throw this website was very professional and comforting. The only thing I would change is that the travel representative should have called and confirmed travel like all the other customer service providers along the way of this puppy adoption.

Thank you. She is doing soooo great. We love her as much as she loves us. She is growing so fast, loves playing, eating, and loves to kiss! Pawrade is the best place to get a happy, healthy fur baby. From start to finish it was great. I hope no-one will be afraid of purchasing a fur baby on line. Pawrade it's safe and great service. I could not have been happier adopting my little puppy, Abbot. Pawrade made it so easy to navigate the process and stuck to their word on every item. Abbot was received in excellent health and was well taken care of by the puppy transport company. They kept me well informed regarding tracking Abbot as they were making the rounds. I would recommend anyone that is in search of an adoption pet to let Pawrade take care of everything while you sit back and relax waiting for your fur baby.

Great experience overall - I would recommend it.
Everything was wonderful. The puppy is really cute and well behaved. He has already bonded with my wife (and tolerates me). The only issue we had was that the delivery was made three days early which caused a lot of rescheduling to ensure someone was home to receive it as I was out of state. I would highly recommend Pawrade.
