I was very concerned with the transaction ( on line, payment structure, commitment without knowing much about breeder, his parents, vet visit notes). Each time I brought this concern up, I was verbally reassured this was not an on line scam. There were a couple times that I didn’t trust this was legit and was looking for a refund do to issues that came up. I was told no refunds and was reassured again that this transaction was going to work for us. The transportation company was GREAT! Now we have the puppy and feel a lot better about the purchase, THANK YOU all. Now he needs to get to the vet. Thank you for all your assistance and keeping this going along. Bill

Very happy with my puppy, Marcus. He is very healthy and playful and seems to even have had some training prior to my getting him. While I did have some hiccups with when he was able to be picked up, once he was, the delivery was extremely fast and simple, and the driver who delivered him was very kind! Overall VERY happy with my experience.

Had a great experience except with the transportation person but I was able to get everything resolved with a person that I had spoken to previously. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we LOVE our new baby!!!

Transaction couldn’t have gone smoother. Puppy delivered in professional manner and even with 4 day travel time was in very good condition and ready to play. Delivery men Lloyd and Levi kept us up to date on delivery time and how our puppy was doing. A joy to work with. Our puppy exceeded our expectations and the visit with our vet confirmed Pawrades info. In short couldn’t have been better, would not hesitate to recommend to a friend!

In the beginning I was really nervous and anxious because it is my first time owning a dog and doing transactions purely online. I took a chance with PAWRADE because when I was looking through their site I saw the puppy that I really wanted to have. They didn’t disappoint because the transaction was smooth. They were responsive to my inquiries and even when I wanted to see the puppy, they have arranged a ZOOM call just for me to see the puppy since I couldn’t see him physically. When the dog arrived and took him to the vet, he said the breeders really did a good job on his vaccinations and the puppy was in really good condition. That is a plus for me because I got a healthy puppy. Overall I really had a great experience with PAWRADE. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly. Any questions were answered almost immediately. I was grateful for updated pictures and videos. Our puppy is beautiful and healthy. Getting him to us from the breeder went smoothly. I would recommend Pawrade as a way to go to avoid puppy mills and unhealthy improperly bred dogs.
