From our initial contact and throughout the entire process, my wife and I felt we truly created a partnership with Pawrade that was caring, sensitive to our needs and the entire process was very smooth and seamless. One suggested area for possible improvement would be the better vetting, choosing and ongoing evaluation of the travelling nanny service. This is the final and only face to face contact and can leave a positive and / or negative feeling with the customer. Our experience with our Nanny (Maleek) was extremely unorganized; no identification was requested, no time was given to read any documents, we were not ask to sign / date anything, no witness was ask to sign, no food was given as stated and the entire exchange was very rushed! The points above all are stated in Pawrade's delivery confirmation and transfer of ownership document (5 of the 6 points from the delivery instructions were NOT executed.)

We are happy with our cute new puppy, but the experience was nerve racking. The main complaint we have is secrecy rules. Pawrade refuses to let the customer know who the brreeder is, or vetenarian is, at any time. This secrecy just adds to the insecurity of the buyer that something is not right in this world of puppy scams. Having to pay the entire amount before we receive the puppy is another policy that ads to the insecurity of the buyer. The 12 page fine print contract that is nonnegotiable and basically waives any complaint the buyer may have is probably unconscionable and unenforeable and gives th buyer more reason to feel insecure. The constant handing off from one Pawrade agent to another is not a good policy and adds to more insecurity. We must have had 6 different agent changes. Bottom line is that the experience was nerve racking, though we did finally receive the puppy and are happy with the puppy.

I’m absolutely amazed by the communication skills Pawrade had at every step of my journey with my VEGA, she is a Chihuahua poodle mix . I was anxious throughout VEGA’s journey. In this day and age people seem to have no time to alleviate the stress. Pawrade takes the best compliment I can give .

Our new puppy previously Echo is now called Bandit. He came to us during the last hurricane and we are absolutely in love with the little rascal as is our older dachshund Lily! Pawrade did a great job with taking care of him and making sure he had everything needed for his new home. Thank you everyone for the care you show for your puppies. The people at Pawrade are lovely but that’s the best I can say. They are not a concierge service. You can’t choose when your pet arrives. They don’t go above any beyond to help make the transport easy. The biggest disappointment is the price. For 500.00 of per insurance coverage (which isn’t usable for the mandatory 72hr wellness visit) and the 3yr health guarantee which of course had major limits you pay WAY more than twice the value of the animal. My pet was listed by the breeder for 1/3 the amount charged by Pawrade. If you find a pet on their sight do a Google image search and find the pet through the breeder or another site where they don’t over charge. The money doesn’t go to caring for your animal nor the transport - that’s an upcharge. My own fault for using the site. Pawrade did nothing wrong but other animal parents be ware - save your money and spend it on your pet not on people who answer phones.

Pawrade has been great. The whole transaction was easy and seamless. Freda now renamed Gracie, is doing fantastic. She is maturing quickly. Getting better at potty training everyday. She walks on a leash pretty good for her age. We take 2-3 fifteen minute walks everyday and walk the backyard at least seven times a day. At first she would get distracted by leaves or bugs and would forget to go potty but now she is getting down to business. She is a natural at playing fetch the ball. On our walks she has met some nice dogs that love playing with her. She is so bright and spunky and is the center of my daily life. On October 26th we will start puppy socialization class. Please tell the breeder thank you. We absolutely adore her. And yes, she sleeps in my bed cause shes a great cuddle bunny. Sincerely, Jill
