I was looking for a new little friend for my 5 year old chi. We had recently lost our sweet little Pug Sebastian to an accident. Was hesitant about getting a puppy online but Pawrade exceeded my expectations! The professionalism & communication were fantastic! Poppy was delivered in very good shape. She is a very sweet and cuddly dog. Her she is very sweet with children and warms up to play with other dogs . I am hiring a trainer for some basic structure big one where she sleeps, and how to use piddle pads less and get more comfortable in backyard. Her wellness check went well.

Our little Minnie has arrived and she is so precious ❤️ My Pawrade experience was good however I felt a little more convo between us and the breeder would of been nice. The gentleman who dropped her off to us was very polite and seemed as though he took good care of her during their trip. We are already in love. Thank you!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Pawrade from start to finish. Each and every person I talked with was very accommodating and helpful. It truly was a smooth experience and we are so much in love with our new addition to our family. Minnie is has adapted quickly and has been sleeping in her crate and began to potty outside already. I can only say it was one of the best experiences I had and would and will highly recommend Pawrade to anyone I know looking to add a beautiful fur baby to their family. Minnie has added so much light and love to our home.

Pretty seamless process; except for nailing down the puck up and delivery date to meet the 72 requirements for scheduling an examination and declares in time. There’s definitely room for improvement here with needed communication.

My connections with Pawrade were in general very good! Specifically, Samantha was very caring and helpful. I dealt with a number of others and they all helped me. PayPet was less helpful and timely, but we got it straightened out. My only real issue was with the transport—the final day, the 21st, they contacted me at 9:45 pm to say my puppy would be delivered that night at 4:00 am! They then called and said they would arrive earlier, so I got my puppy at 3:15 am! Both of us had a rough couple of days during this late night delivery. I was just happy to get her, and she is adorable, cuddly, inquisitive, and healthy! Her nails need clipping, but that will be done soon. So—-thank you and the breeder for my amazing new family member!

Our dealings with Pawrade were excellent. They accommodated our need for a later delivery date and convinced the breeder not to charge a boarding fee for 2 extra weeks. All our communications were pleasant and I very much appreciate that. Unfortunately, our new puppy came to us with a parasite called giardia. She was in perfect health other than that. The level of customer service throughout the whole process was over and beyond any expectations. The first day I saw her listed online I was on the phone around 8 am Saturday morning and got to meet her on a zoom call that same afternoon. It was amazing!! All my questions were answered promptly and my baby arrived on 10-15-24. She was just 8 weeks old and beautiful! We bonded immediately!! She’s brought nothing but joy since she arrived. You guys are wonderful to work with!! Thank you so much for bringing her into my life!! 🐶😊

First of all we love our puppies. On the plus side, using Pawrade widened our search area and allowed us to view all the puppies we were interested in. On the minus side we were not able to see the puppies with their litter mates or with their parents. We had to take a leap of faith in Pawrade. Fortunately things seem to be working out.

Our little Sweet Pea is just that. She is a darling dog - so gentle, sweet and smart. We had to take time to settle her system from travel and she is now really enjoying life, her family, toys, being out in nature exploring and her crate and play area. She is beginning to make the potty training connections and has slept through the night in her crate on my bedside table since Day 1. To say that she has brought her own special joy to our lives is an understatement. She is such a good girl and very much loved.
