Pawrade was easy to communicate with and allowed me to efficiently communicate with our puppies breeder and the Pawrade team.
Tyra is perfect! Such a sweet dog. Pawrade was so helpful with questions. I took away a star because after I paid, I had to initiate communication to get updates. I think once you have your money, the same level of customer service should continue until the owner has possession of their pet. Other than that piece, this process was easy and now my fur baby is home.

Overall I found the whole process smooth yet somewhat disconnected. The initial transaction was personable and professional. However after that, the different factions of the process ie; insurance, travel, etc. was not smooth. I found the different messages that I received was confusing as to whether I was being informed to do something or was being done by someone else and being informed. All in all better communication would be helpful. We are so happy with our Lucy (Bailey). She is the sweetest, most lovable puppy there is.

Emma arrived right on time and in style. She had a long journey and it went surprisingly better than expected. She is as cute as we expected and with a sweeter temperament to boot. I love my puppy and would choose parade again if I need another puppy! Thank you Pawrade, Paw-some Teamwork!

This is a genuine pet site. We picked a puppy and clearly he was raised by a very good breeder. We received the puppy bright and cheerful and very active, just like his description. We are very happy with the whole process orchestrated by pawrade and would highly recommend them. They called multiple times and answered all questions. The delivery team did a great job as well; feeding and taking care of the puppy during the long travel by road. The drivers were very friendly and courteous. The puppy was not at all stressed out by the long journey. He was very playful for hours after arrival.

I am very pleased with my experience. All the representatives were very helpful. They are definitely a well oiled machine with timeliness and delivery. I love my pup! He’s a perfect fit!! I do wish we could talk with the breeder but otherwise I am very appreciative of Pawrade and would recommend them in the future.

Although the process was new to me and a bit overwhelming at first with all the emails and texts, it turned out to be a great experience. The team was so helpful and always quick to respond and answer any questions and provide information. We are so happy with our little guy and have no regrets with using this site.

I was disappointed in the fact that we were picking our new puppy up and identified that information right away. After setting up the day we would pick her last week, we were not provided the breeders contact information until late Sunday afternoon. We were planning on picking the puppy up Monday at 9 am. That was very poor and made for several anxious days for us. I did text our travel concierge multiple times and she initially responded positively but then stopped responding. I think we should have been provided either the breeders contact information as soon as they agreed to meet us to pick up the puppy

Parade was awesome to work with. They were in constant communication from when we were trying to make the decision on which puppy, until after he was delivered. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Amazing service! Great communication! All my questions were answered in a few minutes. I was always in touch with a Pawrade team during the whole process. Everyone was very kind, caring pet lover. I was scared to buy a puppy online but after few communications with a Pawrade team I was very confident that this is very professional service and everyone concerned about puppies health and wellbeing during the delivery process. My puppy arrived very healthy, happy, playful and clean without any signs of anxiety or stress. Thank you for your professionalism. Definitely will plan to buy another pup soon! Amigo is so funny and wants to play all day, and chases me a grow woman running from a puppy so he will not bite my toes. I don’t know ifvhe is after my crocs or feet. I had knee surgery about almost a year ago. So i have been treating my knee as if i am disabled until Amigo my friend and love is helping me get back into shape. Chases me when ever i get off the couch. I just love the excitement he brings to my home. When my husband comes home from work he just loves my husband ..he takes off. Most full filling day trying to keep up with my baby. Very intelligent my Amigo. Thanks to all that had a part in getting my baby home to me. Love too u all. Karen

Everything is great. I do have a few questions. she wont stay in her crate. is she leashed trained. The doc said yesterday that we need to have her baby teeth pulled. Im not doing that until I have a full understanding as to why they wont fall out on their own. Otherwise, she is the dream pup...she is amazing and has lots of people who love her very much already. I can write an amazing review but would like to know those two issues...again she is amazing and even though there was a slight slip up in the flight schedule...she finally arrived safe and sound and the SERVICE by you all was fantastic. This was my first time working with Pawrade, I loved the process so much that I gave a referral to a family member and coworker. I love how all the information is given about the future furbaby and their parents. It also was very convenient to have all the different options for delivery or pickup. It helps to work with a company that is friendly and knowledgeable and helps future buyers from any scams or faulty advertising. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a great experience with Pawrade. My 9 week old puppy was up to date on her vaccines, her medical info was clear, she was well-adjusted to normal household sounds and was clearly loved before coming home to me. Every representative I spoke with was polite and helpful.
