“it's been 3 months from the puppy's arrival and we are still treating her from parasites, she's arrived in a very poor condition, she's been vomiting and having diarrhea from the day of arrival for weeks. taking he rot vet, having 3 rounds of treatments and still seeing the parasites in her poop is annoying. we already regret of this transaction. sales/service reps were so attentive before the transaction, but when I was trying to address our concerns of her health we got ignored. unfortunately, can't recommend this platform.”

“We are happy to have our puppy now. We used Pawrade to purchase our first puppy and had a good experience. This time was not very good. I thought there was a lack of communication between different reps. of Pawrade as well as between Pawrade and the breeder. It made it difficult for us to make plans to pick up the puppy. We drove from North Carolina to Indiana and back. I had to keep rescheduling time off from my employment. I think what upset us the most was when we were told we would get call backs from certain reps. and waited and that never happened. Some of your Reps were very responsive and some were not.”

“Everything was great and the dog is beautiful. There's a lot of scams out there with purchasing dogs online. They do many security checks before you're even allowed to purchase a dog. They have a separate company that delivers it straight to your house and they're driving around 24 seven. The family is extremely happy to have this new family member. Definitely a custom breed and far from being a mutt. ”

“Everything was great! The drivers, Steve and Chris, were amazing. The only thing I would say is there was a mix up with the puppy before my stop the delayed my puppy from 845pm-945pm until 445am the next morning. This was not the drivers fault but the owner and breeder, who did not respond until 4 hours after the puppy arrived. I felt like that should of been put back on the owner and the breeder vs delaying the rest of the puppies. Please let the breeder of Anderson know he is absolutely wonderful and seems already fully adjusted to his new home!!!!”

“We love our new puppy. She's perfect....smart, very social and as cute as a button. We had a good experience with Pawrade. A few of the representatives were very helpful (Hannah and Kelley, especially) when I had questions before and after getting our puppy. The only issues that my husband and I had was the length of time it took to receive a return call from our Pawrade conscierge and the resistance we got when we wanted to speak directly with the breeder after we purchased her. We had specific questions about THIS puppy and I never was able to speak directly with the breeder to receive the answers. It was as if Pawrade felt that we would undermine them or that there was something they were trying to hide. It made us have doubts about the purchase. In the end, however, we couldn't be happier with our little Lucie. The written instructions which we received from Pawrade were helpful.”
