We would go through y’all again, if we were to get Emmie aka Kelly a sibling. Our only disappointment was the so called 30 day health insurance. Since we live in SC we were excluded from this advertised benefit. However, told we could purchase insurance. After speaking with representative, we declined. We will look elsewhere for insurance. Since felt like this was a “Bait & Switch”. Love our little girl, so thank you for help.

The drivers were ahead of time, which was no problem at all. They were absolutely wonderful very Polite helpful asked if I had any questions offered to give me any pointers just went above and beyond and I’m very grateful for that. I believe the man that delivered Gracie’s name was Zach. He was very pleasant very helpful. Just all around. Great experience. I really appreciate him. If you could let him know that he did a great job and I’m very happy with my puppy we’re in love with her she’s doing amazing.

It would be nice to have a note from breader with a little more information ie potty training, how much they were feeding and any other information about the pup. The service from Pawrade was great!

I am in HEAVEN with Diana who is now DIDI. The minute I saw her I saw the blessing she was. Then I saw her name & knew she was meant for me as my name is also Diana. That was when I knew she was to be with me. I got her at 7:30 pm on 10/10. I was so excited to see her that I forgot to give the young men their tip & still would like to be able to give that to them. If you can help me get it to them I would greatly appreciate it. She was their last delivery. The DIDI is to be said as die die & if I didn't capitol the way I did, people would not say her name right. She is an amazing puppy wanting to be held all day or her following me around wherever I go in or outside. She is a true blessing for me & will have an easy time with training her. She has already got the pee pads down pact. Thank you as I am in HEAVEN with her & my other dogs love her & know not to pick on her, as she can hold her own. My dogs are WELL Trained & I am retired and home with them all day.

I had never heard of Pawrade before but they have been wonderful through out the process. The website is easy to use the puppy pictures inviting, and the delivery prompt. My puppy is so cute and lovable, and all the people involved were helpful and very easy to deal with. This really was a great experience with a very happy out come.

The puppy is WONDERFUL!! Whatever the breeders did with him, he is so well adjusted. Not skiddish at all around noises or my 2 small kids…they were best friends immediately. He had a long drive to get to us, and I thought he would be stressed out, but he showed up happy and ready to play! He ate and drank right away, too. The drivers were also amazing! So happy with them! The only thing that could use improvement is communication with the breeders. I asked a few questions that were supposed to be forwarded to the breeders from parade and I never got replies back. All in all, I’m very pleased with the puppy, his temperament, and the care he was given before he got to us!

Wonderful experience, I had a lot of questions and they were always answered in a timely manner. Only thing I didn’t care for was the unknown with the travel team if you pick ground transportation I had to wait all day for an update their wasn’t a scheduled time I would hear from them. But as soon as I did communication with them was good and they got her to me quicker than I thought they would’ve! She came home and was energetic and had no problems eating or anything she was clean and in good spirits !
