I just got a puppy from parade. It was wonderful. I got my puppy safe. She’s healthy. I’m very happy. They did an excellent job. I couldn’t be happier and I would do it again, but they were experts.

So we just got our puppy, Bern and he is great and mostly healthy so far, just may have a case of some ring worm but otherwise he’s great! We have zero complaints with the breeder! We actually went to go pick him up, and he came from an Amish farm so the Breeder’s are legit! He has an amazing temperament and not really getting into trouble much just yet… My main complaint is with Paw-Parade themselves. Be aware, there are hidden fees, such as close to $800 for delivery. My other complaint is it took forever to get him. I understand you have to wait until he is 8 weeks and healthy before he leaves. However we ended up getting him at about 10 weeks old, and it would have been later. I wish they shipped them out the day after turning 8 weeks old/being healthy. He did get delayed and we ended up driving 16 hours to get him the first day he was ready, because the company wanted to wait a whole another week! Communication isn’t the best either. You have to harass to get pictures or info!

This was the best experience I’ve had especially for bringing in a new puppy! Donna was our agent and took such good care of me and answered all my questions. The transport team was in constant communication with me so I knew exactly where my puppy was the whole time. I would recommend this company for any of their new additions to their family.

I was a little leery about buying a puppy online. I spoke with a couple of people that had used this method and they were both very pleased with the results. Plus with the number of purchases and good reviews we felt this was the way to go. We are pleased with both the friendliness and the service right through delivery and our puppy is perfect!

Caesar was a hit! We lost our Cobi, who was 15, to possibly an owl. I had some reservations about presenting a new puppy to Martha since she was so attached to Cobi, but she melted when I introduced him in a box with a big bow! Caesar was a hit!

It was an exceedingly easy process to locate my new pup through Pawrade. The selection of available puppies was excellent, the pricing is half what it is locally for a new puppy, and the communication/delivery is consistent, timely, and detailed. Plus, my new puppy is everything I was hoping for in a new little companion.

The process was fine. Our pup was delayed due to a minor health issue. We needed better communication about the results and when she was released to travel. I wouldn’t choose ground transport again, 3 days in a crate is too long. We weren’t informed initially that it would take that long. But we are very happy with our puppy and love her so much!

It was easy to work with the staff. I wish I could have spoken to the breeder and that was never made possible. I also wished I had some say on the delivery of the pet. With my job, it was not the smoothest of deliveries. And I am very happy with them.

Ace has been such a blessing for my husband and 3 yrs old daughter . The process was great from paying fees , selecting dog, best communication with app ,delivery was great . I would recommend this to anyone looking for a specific breed and puppy . The pups vet records , and “petfax” and all info provided set my mind at ease . We got a very healthy puppy . This company has a “no puppy mill pledge.” Great experience 10/10!

Babka , once known as Effie, is everything I dreamed of. She is simply perfect. And such a brave little soul. She seems comfortable and curious about exploring her new surroundings. She is trying very hard to charm my old maltipoo but so far not so successful. But it’s early days. I am over the moon about her. And she did very well at the vet today.
