Ella Rae is perfect. She is beautiful, smart, sweet. Everything I could ever want in a fur baby and pawrade gave great instructions and made sure she had almost all her shots (waiting until she is 16 weeks before next one is due) micro chipped and good information on her parent dogs. Thanks RB

In the beginning, communication seemed like it would be great and then dwindled. I expected weekly pictures and updates as well as someone reaching out to plan pick up. I did ask and was told something completely different than what actually happened. I am happy to have the puppy. Sadly, at the vet visit today, I learned he had hook worms and a double ear infection. I expected more.

All Pawrade people involved w the purchase of my puppy were very kind and helpful. It is a bit labor intensive to work with Pawrade, however, knowing I was buying a puppy through this site offered a sense of confidence with the breeders they work with. As I expected, because of Pawrade, my puppies’ breeder was absolutely wonderful. I know he was well cared for during his first twelve weeks. Many thanks to his breeder and Pawrade.

Speed of information exchange from owners could use some work. It was said that she was kennel trained, but does not seem so. She cries, barks, and howls, in the dog pen for very long period of time.

The Pawrade experience was very good. I must admit, my family and I were skeptical about obtaining a puppy in this manner because we have always worked with a breeder. However, you may not always get what you want from a breeder. In this manner, we received exactly what we wanted. The puppy is doing just great and he is everything that we wanted. I know that it is very difficult to schedule pick ups and deliveries but that is about the only issue that we really think can improve. On the scheduled day of pick up I wasn't informed until very late and after I inquired about the pick up time. Delivery was 3:00 a.m. which was also a bit inconvenient. However, as I stated, we understand that this is difficult to manage. Our male yellow labrador retriever puppy, Trigger, is very comfortable as another member of our family. We treat our pets very much like royalty so he will have a long and outstanding life with us. Great success with Pawrade!!!

Our puppy had a smooth travel and got here safely, clean and healthy. She’s well trained by the breeder and the transition into the new environment has been seamless. They have been in consistent communications with us which made it easy for us to learn to parent. We love our puppy!

Our primary point-of-contact was "Pam" and she was awesome! She worked with us--tirelessly-- to find the exact match for our new beagle puppy. The delivery crew was superb as well. The only thing lacking my giving a 5-Star rating is (on the day following delivery) we took her to our local vet and, after testing, she was diagnosed with Coccidia after what was a reported to be a head-to-tail vet exam prior to traveling halfway across the US with other puppies.

I love my new pup Maggie (formerly known as Chelsea) the ground transportation was great, communication was excellent except the pick up date was changed which caused us to not be able to get into a vet visit within 3 days so NO Insurance for our pup, she will see the vet in her 4th day
