Everyone was very nice but I wished I had asked more questions in the beginning so I wouldn't have been so confused along the way. The transport people were wonderful but the wait was tough. The puppy is wonderful, sweet friendly, lovable and will be spoiled rotten.
Pawrade kept me up to date every day. They were great to deal with and kept there word We are extremely happy with our new member of our family Thank you

Lots of communication, which is great. Not thrilled with pick-up scheduled for midnight Oct 7th. (SFO International) Flight nanny communicated through UA airline delays and cancellations the "night of" from Chicago. Finally picked my puppy up at 9:10 am the next morning. Shocked my puppy was handed over without her travel kennel. Evidently the nanny uses her personal kennel again and again. Part of paying for an accompanied flight should include a new travel soft kennel for the health of the puppy and getting the puppy home safely. My previous experience flying in a tiny chihuahua puppy (from Texas, not through Pawrade) included a soft kennel and a decent pick-up time scheduled. Puppy is happy, bouncing around and came through fine.

My experience was very positive. I appreciate all the communication that Pawrade supplies. My puppy arrived safe as he was delivered by the pet nanny service. I recommend them highly.

And the Transit, had G.P.S so you can keep track of your fur baby. They texted you letting you know how your fur baby was doing. I would differently use them or recommend them to family or friends! We gave specifics to Cassie yesterday over the phone….. thank you for our beautiful Jenna! We love her sooo much! Her transport to us was held up one week as she contracted lice at the breeder's farm….. the transport man( Tyler) had the wrong phone number so despite his trying to contact us to let us know he was on his way we did not receive any calls! He showed up at our door at 8:00 pm! Thank God we were home! She has a parasite infection now( guardia)?… which she is being treated for….. she has a raised area under her fur on her right side which is being treated also….. I found that it was very confusing as to who the primary contact person was along the journey…. From Brie we went to Reagan to Alyssa to Lois etc……. It was oils be better to have one contact person all along the way to help with questions etc….. the process was a bit confusing…. We are 70 yo and not very tech savvy…… I guess us getting Jenna was worth all of this! We pray that she stays healthy for many years to come! T

My puppy was supposed to be up at date on her shots but she has not gotten her parvo shot which is due at 10-12 weeks. She got the other two that were due from 10-12 weeks.

Pawrade has a well defined & clear process from selecting a puppy to delivering the puppy to your front door. They also were very available for questions and clearly communicated expectations all along the way.
The entire process was handled so professionally and smoothly and with the best interest of our new pups in mind! Everyone along the way was super helpful and provided all of the information we needed to be prepared! The transport team was also great and delivered us our fur babies in perfect health, safe and sound. We could not be more appreciative of everyone's help! Lastly, we so appreciate our breeder - who we do not know, but brought us the most gorgeous, sweetest, healthiest bundles of joy! Thank you so much!!

The only problem I had/have with the entire process of getting my puppy is I have not been able to print any of the paperwork/documents from Pawrade , prepay, or the breeder. The breeder, Michelle was kind enough to give me a hard copy of the vaccination paperwork for my vets appointment today. Other than that I have no proof about the contract I signed, no proof I okayed the medical wellness check up that found one of the puppy’s sac’s has not dropped. And no proof I bought this puppy, other than the breeder took my picture with some paperwork to verify myself. So I am asking to be provided any and all of the documents that was signed by me and any other documents about the purchase of this beautiful puppy. IE: I tried to copy but all came back expired, even though I tried to copy paperwork as it was completed. I need the hard copies sent to me.

Lester is now known as "Taboo". Tika a recent purchase is pleased to have a playmate and someone to cuddle with at night. The guys did a great job with the delivery. A+ all the way around. Initially bought my puppy, Luna, while overseas and Pawrade was wonderful in keeping me up to speed via email with any and everything related to my puppy. They even worked around a delivery date because of my travel! I cannot stress how wonderfully streamlined Pawrade makes this process. Everything up until I received my puppy was 5 stars, great customer service and communication. My puppy was flying to me and I was told the wrong day and time that my puppy would arrive. He arrived 3 days early which would have been very exciting however he was at an airport that is 3 in a half hours away and the paperwork that the airport received about him did not have my phone number on it. The staff at the airport had to google my name and try to find my phone number that way. They got ahold of me but the airport was only open another hour. My puppy had to stay the night with one of the airport workers until I could get to the airport the next day to pick him up. Luckily everything worked out and he is healthy and doing great! For the price I paid this should have been a flawless process.

Everything went as planned. We did have 2 times we had to move the date Leela was leaving her breeder. None of that was Pawrade's fault.
