“Kenny was our first contact person and he was great answering all our questions in a timely matter and helping us thru the payment process. Lois was especially helpful too. The entire process for us took a week because we chose to drive 12 hours to pick our puppy up ourselves and those arrangements took a little longer because of logistics. Our puppy is beautiful and perfect! She loves us and we love her. The Pawrade has lived up to everything promised and now we have the sweetest little companion for life. “great experience, made everything so easy and the attention to detail and communication was beyond great. They were always there each step of the way, we prompt, responsive and easy to reach for any question or concern. Their payment method is 100% safe, I was a bit nervous at first but I looked them up and there was nothing but praise. I picked up Kodi today from the airport and it really was easy, the only thing that was a slight issue was that the travel crate was zip-tied and Nobody had scissors, finally someone had a knife and BTW, the plastic shipping crate is yours and big, glad I brought the SUV, she was so funny, didn't wanna come of and say hi. Shes home and getting along great with my other dog, Basha so really happy I bought from Pawrade, the dogs are not cheap but you get what you pay for and so far, everything has been purrrrrfect!!! “He got here last night. He is just a doll. He has been to the groomers this morning. Just loves to play, he is eating exceptionally well, goes outside side to do his business every two hours. Sleeps with me with no problem. Everyone in the neighborhood has been here to see him. Follows me all over the house. Tomorrow we go to the vet, grocery shopping and a few other stops. He goes into the stores with me. Just got really attached to him. He is a people puppy . He likes his food with a little warm water on it. He is a gem. ”

“Our new puppy is wonderful and we are so pleased with her. The transaction with Pawrade was very segmented, from the first call, to the concierge, to the travel coordinator. This was, at times very confusing and dealing with so many people was difficult. At times it seemed no one knew what was happening. We had to travel almost 400 miles to pick up our little girl, the travel person knew this and we were told she would not be available until after the vet check. This part was good but the vet check was scheduled the day before our pickup date. This left us not being able to make travel plans until the last minute, this could have been handled better. Overall, we were satisified and hopefully can still callif there are any questions. Thank you”

“Diesal arrived with some problems, and he is now the cutest little guy. His name is Liam Padraig, and he is a very confident little guy. He is very bonded and best friends with Iago now called Finley. Liam is still too small to play with Finn, so he is in a playpen within a large playpen area on our deck. They take puppy naps and bark and play and devour their food. Liam is especially proficient at tug of war with their toys and usually ends up with all of the toys inside of his playpen. They are both beautiful and we cannot wait for all of their shots to be completed to take them on a walk on our property. We are madly in love with both of them. ”

“My puppy arrived in great shape, she was bright eyed and very docile. They said she did not eat or drink the first 2 days, but she has been fine since she has arrived at her home. The Travel people were wonderful, they arrived on time and explained everything to me took our picture and I signed off delivery papers. Great service!! She is everything they said she would be and more, I couldn't be happier with my choice of puppies. What a loving and smart dog she is, I am blessed to have her, if the breeder wants updates on her I will gladly forward any pictures if needed or wanted. Thank you for helping me get my perfect dog, she means the world to me. My 2 sons are just so in love with her also, she does not lack for any attention or cuddles.”
