Initially, during the application process everything was going smoothly. After the purchase of the puppy communication became difficult and slow, especially when attempting to get updates on the transport of the puppy. Finally, when we found out that the puppy was on the way, it was a complete disaster! My husband took a day off from work to be at home to receive the puppy. Puppy arrived a day later, and I had to make arrangements to be dropped off at my work instead. Concerning the puppy, he is ADORABLE, and it was obvious the breeder was working with him prior of him coming. Unfortunately, the day after the Wellness check required by the health insurance the puppy had acquired a strain of Corona that is only common in northern states (Where he came from). We were very concern with the puppy and praying that we caught the illness on time. Our baby puppy now is doing wonderfully, growing and eating well, but for a while it was worrying us! Thankfully, we had Pet Insurance!

Everything went flawlessly. Lincoln's (now Blitz) breeder was very friendly and met me near the interstate to pick him up, which was most helpful! She wants to stay in touch and see pictures of him growing up, which I love as he will always have a connection with her and his first home. All the paperwork was easy, and I have everything I need to make sure Blitz grows up healthy and happy.

Our decision to get our new baby from Pawrade has turned out to be one of the best decisions we have made. And we are only one day in to our new life!! Our puppy is happy and loving and adores his big brother (and so does gis big brother!!)

My bb mini Aussie shepherd is so friggin cute and happy. She’s up to date on all her vaccines, already started on potty training, and was very well socialized so at 15 weeks she is adapting shockingly well.

This was our third puppy purchase at Pawrade. All three were seamless and very professional. I have zero complaints about them, or the travel services that brought our puppies to us. I 110% endorse this whole process as finding puppies locally can be very challenging. Our pets are family and Pawrade is definitely to thank for it.

I am in love with our new corgi puppy, Dino (fka Waylon)! Dino joined our family seamlessly, the perfect puzzle piece - my husband and I could not be happier. Pawrade was fantastic! The process was extremely well-organized and informative. I appreciated all of the guides, quick links, and general information provided - there's lots to plan for when getting a puppy and Pawrade helped to make sure we were as prepared in advance as possible. All of the agents were lovely to work with and answered swiftly, much appreciated! All I needed to do after making the decision was prepare my home - Pawrade coordinated all of the logistics. I felt confident and at ease. The handover from breeder to courier to me was superb! Christen from Puzzle Piece Carriers texted me pictures and updates along the way - Dino was in top notch care with Christen. Dino arrived as anticipated and was clearly at ease during the handover. Christen was efficient and kind - THANK YOU!

This was a new experience, but it was fantastic and very professional. I found that Cynthia was a great resource and helped me find the right puppy, negotiate and navigate the terrain with the breeders, and set up Zoom calls. The breeder was very helpful and gave us a little gift bag; my puppy is home! My situation was that I flew to Indiana and then drove back with my puppy. It has been one week and all went very well, and I would do this again. So far, so good ;) My puppy had a clean bill of health, took to me like we were meant to be together, and everything they said online was true and not embellished.

Overall, I would probably rate this experience as a 4.8 (if I could have a point vs star system). This was first time to use a third party in purchasing a puppy from a breeder. So the communication was different than I have experienced in the past. Overall, though, I felt a sense of security based on the communication with your team members that I was purchasing a puppy that would be healthy and would be from a reputable breeder. The only thing I would have preferred was the ability to speak to Breeder directly at one point in the purchasing process. Otherwise, your company was direct and timely with responses and provided thorough information re: process. Each member of your team was friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. And I would and have already mentioned your company to those who I have spoken to about how we obtained our new family member. Thank you, so much. We love her already!!

It’s was a horrible experience from beginning to end. On top of that my puppy definitely came from a puppy mill. I have spent over $6k in helping him get over his fear aggression. I wish you would go out of business

The process was really simple from the payments to the instructions about insurance and the communication while Leo was en route. I set up his vet appointment and gave him his first bath. He was shaking a bit when we first met but now he’s taking a nap in my lap. He is so perfect. I was nervous about buying a dog from an online breeder without seeing him first but I’m very happy I did.
