First time buying a puppy long distance through a third party and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were in constant communication with me and guided me through the process. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the new member of the family. I can’t express enough how pleased I am with taking the Pawrade route. After years of searching for a Maltese puppy and talking to countless of so called breeders/scammers, I was fed up. I decided to go ahead and try Pawrade. If you know you know!!! I immediately found my baby Maltese and I knew she was the one when I first seen her pictures, I was hooked, although there were others to choose from. I sent Pawrade a message via the website and inquired about her and it was all uphill from there. She was 5 weeks at that time so I had to wait until she was 8 weeks or 2 pounds. I was sent updated pics while waiting for her. I tell you the process was smooth. Pawrade is 100% legit, the breeder (legit) We coordinated a pick up date and met on that date and I got my puppy on that date. All I wanted was a Maltese puppy because I had one in 09 before and she’s EXACTLY what I got. I’m obsessed with her, she’s so beautiful perfectly healthy. BIG THANKS to Shannon G, Emily R and Tara!!!

So happy with our puppy, it’s been about a week now and we have already fallen in love with our pups. The process was interesting as this is my first time ordering a puppy online. I would say in general it was good! The beginning process feels slow but then once you get the “delivery” date it goes fast. He was delivered by car so I did really appreciate that compared to if the pups had to go on a plane. Anyways thank you pawrade!

I had a 100% great experience using pawrade and would highly recommend to anyone. From the moment I found my furry friend they were by my side with a wealth of information. Upon my vet looking at Kolton’s vet records from pawrade the doctor said their breeders and vets did a wonderful job with the puppy’s health, vaccines, and records.

I’m so glad we chose to work with Pawrade, for our new puppy. They were so easy to work with; the information was all up front, and they helped with every step in the process. If we had questions they replied to us quickly. Our sweet little girl was driven cross country by the Puppy Wagon; everything went smoothly, and she was here with us in two days. I would definitely use the again.

Some specific observations. 1. No 1 point of contact. Seemed to be a team but they were not always on the same page. 2. Team uses a quasi-email/messaging system but with no standard formatting at all; lots of messaging app abbreviations. Not appropriate for Business Communications! For instance: No standard signature block at end identifying sender and contact information. This caused communication confusion: - Sometimes contact info was imbedded in the body of the message. Had to go search for it in the text. - One time, the breeder’s contact information was next to the sender’s name like in a signature block. I called the sender but got the breeder. - one message said breeder’s contact info was in attachment but it was at end of message. No attachment. We opted to pickup puppy. We traveled to where Pawrade said: Dalton, AK. However, on the day of pickup, the breeder revealed he was in Harrison, AK. about 150 miles away. Took 3 hrs last minute drive to get there.

The entire process was easy and respectful. The Pawrade team stayed in touch throughout the process including during Colin's trip to us. Questions were answered quickly and everyone was consistently friendly and kind. Our new fur baby arrived healthy and happy!!!

Everything was great. She is doing very well, very happy, and running all over. There is just one thing I would have changed, that was how long she was in the car, they left on Friday and she was not delivered until Sunday. If I would have known that she was going to be in the car that long I would have had her flown here. I am not blaming anyone but the people should be let known how long the poor puppy will be caged. But, I am extremely glad that I used Pawrade, the minute I saw here picture, I new she was the one.

All went well no problems with the transaction. The only issue I had was with the flight for her It was delayed and when it arrived we were told she wasn’t on the flight. Obviously, this was not a pawrade problem until I went to look for help with finding out where she was and what happened. Since it was after 11:00 pm They were closed and I could not reach anyone. Fortunately, there was a second flight from her layover airport that landed minutes after her flight and apparently she was on that one or so I was told. But it was quite unnerving when I could not find anyone to help me.

We love our puppy very much. The transaction with Pawrade went fine. Most of the staff were helpful. Unfortunately our puppy came with Giardia, Cocsidia and Tapeworms and we are still going through treatments to try to get rid of them.

LOVE THE PUPPIES AND DOING BUSINESS WITH PAWRADE HAD BEEN A PLEASURE. MY PROBLEM IS THE VET BILLS THAT WE HAVE INCURRED: 1). JIMMY HAS AN ENLARGED ESOPHAGUS WHICH WILL CREATE PROBLEMS AS HE AGES. TRAPPING FOOD, ETC IN HIS ESOPHAGUS. OUR VET DISCOVERED THIS WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO FIND THE REASON FOR HIS COUGH. 2). NOVA HAS A BLADDER INFECTION THAT WE ARE WORKING ON GETTING TAKEN CARE OF. SHE ALSO HAS A MISFORMED VAGINA THAT IS GOING TO LEAD TO CHRONIC BLADDER INFECTIONS WE LOVE OUR DOGS AND ARE CONCERNED ABOUT LONG TERM ISSUES. CAN YOU HELP WITH AT LEAST OUR INITIAL COSTS? I WILL BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE RECEIPTS.

Pawrade was very helpful in the steps of not only the payments but for the puppy’s travel. They always talked through what was happening and when. They are good about keeping you updated. They understood concerns and answered any questions I had before getting my puppy. I couldn’t have done it without their help! I ´m very happy about my puppy, she is wonderful. Pawrade was helpful but intense about paiement by text . Most of the ladies on the phone were nice , the other not good listener. My puppy had kennel cough just when I get home which was hard on the puppy . I’m waiting now for the insurance to pay back the vet visit to take care of it .not easy to follow with MetLife .

Although significantly more expensive than what I expected (partly because Google showed me the puppy when I searched for Jack Russells in Arizona and the puppy was actually in Missouri), I absolutely loved the experience getting my pup from Pawrade. The customer service was refreshingly great; every step of the way the insured I understood the process and had all the right information. The delivery service was great too. My wallet regrets the decision but not the rest of me. The experience was great and I love my new puppy.

From the very first email exchange I've been thrilled with the professionalism of ALL the Pawrade folks who assisted us with bringing Bruno (Pluto) home! He truly is the sweetest little guy, and we couldn't have been more grateful to the breeder for raising such a social and loving puppy! Thank you ALL!!!!
