Communication started off great but within the last week when trying to get my puppy home they weren’t great at communicating. I had to ask multiple times where my puppy was when I found out her flight got delayed. I also had to ask multiple times for them to send me the owner transfer form. Overall, I am happy with my puppy and she is healthy!

We are very happy with the puppy that we purchased through Pawrade. He looks exactly like the photo and has a particularly sweet disposition. We brought him to our wonderful vet this week and the doctor said that he had been well cared for with the correct medical regimen. Our doctor said that the breeder "knew what he was doing." The puppy transporters were also excellent, and our pup has had no trace of travel stress. It's been a good experience.

The transportation was poor our puppy spent 4 days in a van sitting in urine. The insurance for 30 days is not a benefit they are just trying to get you to buy more. Will not use again

Overall, a great service. The puppy delivery team was AWESOME!!!! Mia was delivered safely, clean and happy. They did a great job communicating with us and were just wonderful. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to get their furbaby. However, the paperwork process needs to be streamlined and less confusing. There needs to be checklist to make sure everything is done efficiently. If they did that, I would have given them 5 stars.

We adopted Wren last week, she truly is a sweetheart. She's playful and curious, sometimes a bit sassy... like a real corgi girl should. However, she arrived covered in fleas and we had to get her a flea treatment that didn't seem to work. Seeing her uncomfortable breaks our heart but hopefully she'll get better :)
