After our 4 yo pup passed suddenly in march 2024 my son couldn’t take the lost of his best friend. We started to search for a good new friend for him to continue making good memories with him. We found paparade and found Idris (Malty) I felt in love with him and we started the process. We were skeptical as how all that works this was our first time doing this and the price was high. Pawparede had Ben so wonderful since day 1. I called them to get more info before we did anything online. I want to give shout out to Cynthia and Shannon. They helped us through out the process answered all questions thoroughly. Pawparade is wonderful thank you for everything.

It's really hard for me to leave a comment since our sweet Molly died 8 days after arriving to our home. She was not well when she arrived...would not eat, lethargic, would take a few steps & collapse, no bowel movement the first 2 days. We took her directly to the vet the day after her arrival. She did not improve, but we thought it was the too many days of travel. I took her back to the vet the next day & she was checked again. We began syringe feeding her prescription puppy canned food. She would fight it...not interested at all in food. I continued the nutracal. She slept all the time, but did have a BM & was drinking pedialyte. On Sept 8th, I ran to the store & came right back home...she was in her bed, limp as a dishrag...I grabbed her & we honestly flew to the vet, doing CPR on her all the way. The vet tried everything & she did not make it. Our hearts are broken. The next day I had to take her to the MS State Vet school for the necropsy that you require. All hard.

Santiago arrived Saturday night and he’s doing great. He was very quiet on Sunday. He is now used to us. He runs around the house playing with all his toys. He has his own toy box and he loves to jump in the toy box and play with his stuffed animals. He is a very good puppy and very easy to train. We just love him!

I was very pleased with Pawrade. My first point of contact “Cynthia” was fantastic! She was very professuonal, positive, knowledgable, and extremely kind and sincere! She made sure that I found the perfect puppy. Cynthia did such a great job that I fekt comfortable purchasing my puppy and her sibling. The breeder I as wonderful, Cynthia did a zoom call with us and I had all of my questions answered. Everyone was great including the team that delivered the puppy. I was very satisfied. I received exceptional service.

Pawrade Support person(s) were so helpful and assisted through the process. They did a great job of validating the puppy (and if you had questions for the breeder for whatever you needed, even updated photos, they reached out). There is a lot of paperwork so it is important to read and understand it all. There is plenty of communications. My only feedback (which I am not going to ding them on) is you will need to get a vet appt 72 hours (3 full days) and at the same time, you need to validate that the travel arrangements match that vet appt. For the pick up transportation, you will have to wait for the communication from the 3rd party travel. This can be a little frustration when you are timing the vet appt. I was a little neurotic as i did not get a travel communication until the end of the day of pick up day. Based on travel time, I was concerned that puppy timing was not going to make vet appt. Honestly, it all worked out!!! The puppy was perfect. Thank you!

I am so happy with my puppy. everything was wonderful, with keeping me posted with all I needed to do before Cami got to me. I ask for pictures of my puppy and got them within one or two days. I had her delivered to me with companion, they drove her from Arkansas to California, was supposed to pick up on Tuesday never heard when pick up, got email in morning on Wednesday from Levi and Willie that they were on the way and said they would be here Thursday between 1 and 5pm and said would call when they were 30 minutes from my home, and they called me @ 1:15 and got her on Thursday @ 1:45pm. I was so pleased with the ground service, and I would do it again, they drove straight though, Levi was so nice and very polite. He gave me all my paperwork about Cami and all the food she did not eat. Cami is very healthy and happy. Potty training not so fun but that is just a part of having a puppy. She was Microchipped and I got Her papers to Register her. I would recommend Pawrade to everyone
