Process was very easy. Only issue was my puppy arrived very lethargic and dehydrated. I had to have her admitted to the animal hospital for two days. I don’t think they feed or give water to the puppies. It’s a very tough situation. Maybe buy a puppy older and bigger. But the process was great and my puppy is doing better and so happy.

Monica - now named Scarlett - arrived safe and sound! The driver was amazing. She is a wonderful puppy. We are going for our wellness check up today. She is sweet and so smart! She lets us know when she needs to go outside which is amazing for her age. The breeder did a WONDERFUL job starting her. We love her so much already. Pawrade was a wonderful group to work with.

When the pampered express showed up with my little bundle of joy, they had already bathed her and she was such a happy puppy. Hands down the most professional and easy to use site ever. The purchase went okay, but Winston had parasites and I had one hell of a time trying to file a claim with PetPay. Their "file a claim" link is NOT user friendley!!! Even when I expressed the trouble I was having, no one took the trouble to explain the step by step process to file a claim. I kept getting the same instruction repeatedly from you folks, which was NO HELP in filing the claim. After struggling with this a while and finally noticing each paragraphed was timed, with no instruction regarding that process, (How stupid is that?!?) Left me with bad feelings about Pawrade's process...... :-(
