I can't say enough how great Pawrade is. Everything that they said was all true, straight up no bull. I have been scammed before and was nervous on trying again to get a puppy. Very easy to work with. Everything went smoothly. Excellent breeder, the Puppy Wagon stayed in contact daily. Our puppy was in perfect health when he arrived. Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience.

The staff that kept in contact with me during the whole process was so incredible and made things that seemed really intimidating, very easy. Each assistant was so kind and empathetic and well informed. The Furry Trails Transport drivers were amazing and texted me with updates and photos of my pup and had no problem answering my questions. Kelly (now Zuki) is an absolute sweetheart we are beyond happy with our fur baby, she is so well mannered and lovey and we cannot says kind enough words to describe how grateful we are. I was very worried about the long journey Kelly had to take to reach me and come home but the couple who transported her had cared for her very well on her way here. She was energetic, happy, and played all night until she went to sleep.

Still waiting on response about the health of our dog. Also, delivery at 1am was not what expected. I was also not aware that this was not a direct transport and that our dog spent 40 hours in a van. She came to us severely malnourished and down to 1.5 lbs. she is on the mend, but if I had to do it again, I’m not sure I would go through a broker.

Sabine is adorable and smart! The process of arranging to get her was seamless. It was a very positive experience. And well organized.
We got our 16 week old pug puppy ten days ago. The entire transaction went so smoothly and our puppy is doing great! I give 5 stars for great communication and organization. Everyone I interacted with was great and so quick to respond to questions. We had our puppy ground transported out of state to our home. The pet transportation company was great with communication and delivery too. I want to thank everyone I communicated with at Pawrade, our puppy’s breeder, and the transport company. We have an ARDORABLE happy puppy! Thank you!
Good experience only snag was stamps on vaccinations didn't match dates so Vet wasn't sure whether he got his latest vaccine. They were wanting to vaccinate him right then but I had them hold off because the message from Pawrade said no vaccinations within 10 days. Also he had fleas. But cutiepie lots of energy and great dog so far.

Give me one check list. Too many messages, and so many steps. So just make it easier on us and give us a check list. That we can print off and check off. I was, and continue to be, absolutely overwhelmed with all the steps required to buy a puppy.

Overall I received a beautiful teacup chihuahua w/ a sweat disposition, just as pictured. I did have issues w/ not receiving weekly updated photos n updated puppy weights as I requested. Even a wrong picture was mistakenly sent which was very concerning. My biggest issue was that the breeder’s contact number was withheld, which I think needs to be addressed. Overall everyone was very kind n professional. The transportation service was outstanding. They updated me on pick-up n provided an estimated time of delivery. The gentleman was friendly n knowledgable. But, most importantly he handed me safely this beautiful little timid puppy at 3:30am. But, by 5am she was comfortable n was fast asleep cuddled on my neck. Overall the experience went well with just a few issues. But, best of all I’m very happy that I received this beautiful puppy that has provided me with unconditional love!

Staff was very helpful in helping me thru process especially. Donna The travel arrangement person was hard to reach. No dog food arrived with dog so had to run and buy some. People who brought him were very helpful as well. All in all very happy with Pawrade

we could not be more thrilled with our new Havanese puppy, Maverick. We arrived at our home on Sunday, clean and happy. It was such an easy transaction - Took a picture, uploaded it to the site, signed a paper and he was ours. Pawrade was excellent at communicating with us from day 1 - from checking his availability, purchasing him, insurance, delivery - they were there every step of the way. We got a 100% clean bill of health from our vet today, she said he's perfect - and we couldn't agree more. Thank you Pawrade!
