Overall the experience was very good. It is all the emails after committing to buying the pup that was stressful. All the emails were not clear and when I tried to contact someone it was the weekend and nobody replied. It was stressful because the required tasks were time sensitive. I got the pup and he is great so like I said the overall experience was a good one, they just need to tweak their process a little to make it easier to meet the demands of the purchase.

I LOVE PAWRADE!!! Before I found Pawrade, I unfortunately discovered quite a few B.S. puppy sites on the internet!!! I am floored at how many dishonest sites there are out there!!! From purchase to delivery, everything was amazing!!!! We couldn't be happier with our experience with Pawrade or with Puppy Express!!! FANTASTIC!!!!! Baby Balloo is home and we love him so much!!! I was honestly a bit nervous buying a dog over the internet. Pawrade was very response and helpful. I received my puppy two days ago and couldn’t be happier. He’s exactly like the pictures and he’s perfect!

Abbey arrived a happy and healthy puppy! Thank you to everyone involved from her breeder to Kelly, Donna, Reagean and finally the transport company, driver and puppy caregiver! She is an absolute darling, and I love her so much already! Now if only I had a "caregiver assistant" to help me for the next week or so, as I am older and alone here in FL! Given her young age, she is adjusting well so far, running (speedy) joyfully everywhere in my open concept home (doors closed to other rooms) and loves her big sister, my cheweenie Molly!

Pawrade was so helpful from the very beginning. They were always welcome to answer questions and give advice about how to prepare for our new puppy. Transactions were very straightforward and delivery was smooth, although it was in the middle of the night. Our pup appears to be in great health and is super fun. I highly recommend!!!!
